CW vernieuwt Zes toont voor 2008-2009, wat over de Rest?
Het toetreden met de aankondigingen van medenetwerken als NBC-, ABC en CBS, is CW rond aan het geven van sommige vroege vernieuwingen aan zes van zijn reeks geworden. Waar verlaat dat de rest?
De gelukkige shows die voor het seizoen zullen terugkomen van 2008 - van 2009 zijn Het Volgende Hoogste Model van Amerika (vernieuwd voor twee cycli), Iedereen haat Chris, Het Meisje van de roddel, Één Heuvel van de Boom, en Supernatural.
Smallville ook achter daarna seizoen zal zijn. Met uitzondering van Tom Welling, verlopen de meeste sterren' contracten van de show dit seizoen. Iedereen heeft nu voor seizoen acht met uitzondering van ondertekend Michael Rosenbaum en Kristen Kreuk. Beiden zijn in besprekingen om voor een paar episoden terug te keren.
O.k., op de minder gelukkige reeks van TV…
Vreemdelingen in Amerika - De gietvorm en de bemanning konden aan film 18 episoden vóór de schrijversstaking en de show werd niet gezet terug in productie. Niettemin houden de critici van het, letten weinig kijkers op sitcom. Het is classificaties is werkelijk slecht zo het zou nemen hoofdzakelijk een mirakel voor dit één om terug te keren.
CW nu - Het vermaakweekblad is reeds geannuleerd en zijn laatste episode gelucht op 24 Februari.
Vrijdag Nacht Smackdown - Deze het worstelen reeks werd geannuleerd hoewel het grote classificaties voor het kijker-verhongerde netwerk vertegenwoordigt. Zeer smartly heeft MyNetworkTV (in vele markten, is dit de oude post UPN) het opgeschapen en begonnen te lopen Smackdown in de herfst.
Het spel - Sitcom is terug in productie om negen meer episoden voor dit seizoen te veroorzaken. Dat is een goed teken. Het overwegen van de behandeling van het netwerk van Meisjes, schijnt het onwaarschijnlijk dat zij ook zouden annuleren Het spel maar de vreemdere dingen zijn gebeurd. De classificaties van sitcom zijn verre van indrukwekkend.
Meisjes - Zoals eerder vermeld, is acht-jaar-oud sitcom geweest geannuleerd. Er is geen nieuw woord over een retrospectieve show aan GLB de reeks geweest.
Het leven is Wild - Alle filmed episoden hebben gelucht en het zal niet voor meer terugkomen.
Online Natie - De eerste reeks van het te annuleren seizoen. Het verliet terug airwaves op 14 Oktober, 2007.
Reaper — The series went back into production for five more episodes for this season. Though there was a lot of hype around this one initially, it’s cooled way down and the ratings have significantly dropped. The network is likely waiting to see how the additional episodes perform before making their final decision.
The struggling CW network will announce its fall schedule in May so we should know the fate of Aliens in America, The Game and Reaper by then. Stay tuned!

It’s September and I’m looking for Girlfriends and I come here and I’m heartbroken. I’m glad they kept the game, but I do wish another network will pickup GIRLFRIENDS…… it does make regular TV bearable to watch. I’ll just stick w/cable and CNN. Thanks a million CW, UPN, WB

I dont care about ANYTHING else besides THe Game and Everybody Hates Chris.
Exspecially The Game, they can not end the season like that!

OMG!!!! PLEASE BUY MOONLIGHT!!! IT IS A GREAT SHOW AND NEEDS A GOOD NETWORK (LIKE THE CW) THAT WILL APPRECIATE IT AND GIVE IT A FAIR CHANCE!!! IT IS A GOOD SHOW AND IT WILL DEFINITELY BRING UP YOUR RATINGS!!!! CONSIDERING THAT EVERYONE THAT IS LOYAL TO MOONLIGHT WILL NO LONGER WATCH ANYTHING ON CBS…THEY’RE RATINGS WILL GO DOWN DRAMATICALLY AND YOURS WILL SOAR!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BUY MOONLIGHT! well what do you expect? upn and wb were run into the ground, the ashes formed cw and it keeps shooting itself in the foot. i wish some of their shows were like reaper and girlfriends were picked up by other networks and then the cw can go away.

I just can’t believe girlfriends has been cancelled, this was a wonderful show about African American women and just women in general. They were witty,funny, respectful and believed in eachother regardless of their fights and pettiness.The show was a great inspiration. I got TIVO just so i won’t miss out on these shows, the only African American shows on TV and girlfriend is cancelled. What a SHAME!!!!!!!. I watch other shows like reaper,old christy and a few others. But girlfriends, the game and Chris i can relate to a little more. I just hope some network is smart enough to bring it back even the CW. What are you guys thinking?????/PLEASE BRING IT BACK give us something to watch please

Please bring back Girlfriends. I personally think that next to The Game as well Smallville. Girlfriends happens to be one of the best television show around. Please don’t cancel this show!!! Think about all of the fans!!! Please at least consider about bringing back for one more season.

im so excited smallville is staying please let my couple stay together lana and clark. and americas next top model . please keep it on longer then 2 seasons though iwant to be onit. at least 3 or 4 more seasons please. and omg ilove one tree hill let peyton and lucas be together. and brooke and stphen colliti. and gossip girl wow love that show love blair and chuck. and dan and serena. and love jenny and nate. love 2 see mysterious gossip girl on the show love kirsten. but wish verionca mars would come back. girl that said she wouldnt watch tv anymore has 2 watch one tree hill and gossip girl.

I really hope Reaper stays on the air. The show concept is creative, and the cast really has good chemistry together. Why is Everybody hates Chris even on the air?

I hated to see girlfriends go. I LOVED my mondays, Watch everyone hates chris, (aliens in america) then girlfriends then my new love, the game. It was the only shows I watched. Especially the game and girlfriends. I think the CW needs better judgement especialy when it comes down to this geographic. No tact, no respect and no understanding, especially how they did the girlfriends. Maybe another network should take girlfriends, the game, aliens in america. It would do nicely on abc, nbc, fox or something like that. I would be so happy to see them return. But if they don’t, I guess I just won’t watch tv anymore. http://www.tfpaa.com

Reaper is WAY too special to let ‘cool’ as you say. I am getting so tired of networks just losing faith in a show without any time for it to catch on. They seem to forget that people have busy lives that don’t ALWAYS revolve around the boob tube! That means it may take a bit for something to gather the full support and fan base it should, but even exec’s must take vacations or have to, at least occasionally, take their children to little league or something, right?How about a little loyalty to those of us who are expected to be so loyal to them???

Girlfriends has meant a lot to me. I’ve followed the show since the beginning and I wish it would come back. Please bring it back. All good things come to an end!!!
