Nashville: FOX Series Cancelled But May Not Be Finished
A few weeks ago, FOX pulled Nashville from its schedule after just two weeks of disappointing ratings. At the time, the network made it clear that the series was not cancelled and was planning to return it at a later date.
Cast members were subsequently told that Nashville would return on November 9th, once FOX finished with its baseball commitment and after the network gave the show another round of promotion. In the meantime, Nashville producers planned to complete eight episodes. Well, FOX execs have changed their minds and have decided to drop the series instead.
Yesterday, the cast members were reportedly told that the FOX was canceling the series and production was shut down once again. It’s unknown how many Nashville episodes have been completed at this point but the show’s producers are said to be shopping the series to alternative outlets. Will the series return on another channel? We’ll keep you posted if that happens so, stay tuned!

bring this show back! screw fox it has enough shows, that come and go, put this show on CMT its more approtiate on a country channel, im sure there would be sooo many more viewers! frig you didnt even give it a chance ! BRING IT BACK 2008 !

the show was good except for the dumb blonde girls. the only one with brains and was realistic was micha.
if you bring back the show leave off the trio of blondes!

Please bring it back…you never even gave it a chance and it was good…much better than so many other shows on television. Friday nights are hard for any show…no one is home to watch. Give it another shot…it has everything that it takes these days for a show to be a hit…it just needs a little more time for people to spread the word about the great new show!
