The Price Is Right
A very popular game show in which select audience members are chosen to competing to win expensive prizes, trips and cash by using their knowledge of retail item prices. Popular pricing games of the series include Plinko, Most Expensive, Hole in One, Grocery Game, and Five Price Tags. Part of each episode are the Showcase Showdown wheel and the Showcase, in which two contestants compete for large packages of prizes. Bob Barker retired after 35 years at which point comedian Drew Carey took over as host.
