666 Park Avenue: Cast Films Last Episode of Cancelled Series

666 park avenue canceledFans of ABC’s cancelled 666 Park Avenue series will hopefully be able to see the last episode sometime next year. Members of the cast and crew have already said their goodbyes however as they’ve filmed the 13th and final installment.

As you might expect, saying goodbye to the show was tough for them. Here’s what some had to say:

Terry O’Quinn (Gavin Doran) tweeted, “Today is December 11, and we are hard at work… My last week at the Drake, wishing a happy birthday to all born on this day-good thoughts 4 U”

The next morning he wrote, “Another work day at the Drake… Very interesting conclusion to our unfortunately short-lived saga. What a great bunch of people!”

And at the end of the week, O’Quinn typed, “The end must come for some good reason, I’ve heard it said before. To everything a time and season, what was this season for? Ron Sexmith”

While filming the last episode on December 12th, Rachael Taylor (Jane Van Veen) ‏tweeted, “Five hours of water stunt work on #666ParkAve … For an Australian I’m pretty pathetic in the pool. H20 just ain’t my element”

On the 4th, Dave Annable (Henry Martin) sent a picture of the last script and teased, “Last script of 666 park avenue. whoa. we are going out with a bang. cant wait for y’all to see it!”

666parkavenue21Then, on December 13th, Annable tweeted, “GUTTED..shooting my last scene with @_Rachael_Taylor. She is an incredible actress and now I get to call her my close friend. #missyoudude”

Vanessa Williams (Olivia Doran) retweeted, “@katebestmakeup: farewell @666ParkAve_ABC & @VWOfficial #Olivia THNQU4anothr#Amazing Adventure #!lastSceneLastEpisode pic.twitter.com/n9moQdwO”

Last week, Mercedes Masohn (Louise Leonard) wrote, “Getting ready to move back to LA while still shooting the last ep of 666. Moving sucks! If I never see another box again… #ItllBeTooSoon”

Helena Mattsson (Alexis Blume) was also moving and wrote, “Bye bye New York.. :( …and hello LA! :)”

Yesterday, Samantha Logan (Nona Clark) wrote, “Last day @666ParkAve_ABC W/ @RobertDMcNeill @robertbuckley @DaveAnnable10 @katebestmakeup It’s a wrap for #Nona pic.twitter.com/Ilv0Rxxj” and then, “Last day on set #666parkave :/ Cool mugs #TheDrake #execproducersrock pic.twitter.com/UilEfhNL”

She also tweeted a video, writing, “Me and @DaveAnnable10 on set of @666ParkAve_ABC :) #handshake #sorrywe’renotsorry ??”

What do you think? If you could have been on the set for the last days of shooting 666 Park Avenue, what would you have said to the cast and crew?

It’s to bad we won’t be able to watch the last episodes. At least ABC could give viewers the option of watching them online. I agree with others; change the timeslot. The show was different and had a very intriguing cast. An interacial power couple? No that would never happen. I suppose I’ll have to give the books a try.

this sucks totally!! I was looking forward to my series on each week and now to hear it is being cancelled…?? what for?? this show was TOTALLY ON THE TOP!! It had suspense, mystery, drama and even horror.. I love a good program like this.. and now it is cancelled.. well I need to know why it was cancelled and how gets the final say?? Don’t the viewers get a take at saying we want the show to stay on the air… give me a break.. goodness..!! THIS JUST TOTALLY SUCKS!!

why in the hell was this show 666 Park Avenue ever cancelled in the first place? I believe that we, the viewers should be told and also given a choice of if we want the show to stay on the air. This show was EXCELLENT!! It had drama, mystery and even horror.. I love a good show like this and I am truly truly upset that it will no longer be on television. I was so happy to see Whoopi Goldberg appearing in it as the psychic neighbor!!! And as much as I watch The View, I don’t recall Whoopi ever mentioning that she was going to appear on this show. Now that they will be showing its finale next year really sucks! I would get so hyped up each week waiting for this program to come on, then all of the interruptions: football games, christmas shows.. I was like what the heck is going on?? Where is my 666 Park Avenue program!!! I just pray for the writer of this show to be able to put this series on another network, if that is what it takes for the show to air once again. I am truly sadden and totally upset of this show no longer airing!! This just sucks!! Totally!!

I am not a happy camper and this is the reason that there are only a few ABC shows that I watch. After this show is cancelled the numbers can be counted using less than one hand. Please to the people and do not cancel this show.

666 Park Ave was an an excellent show. Not since the Twilight Zone, or Alfred Hitccock have I have been actually “creeped out ” or intrigued by a show in this genre . The acting, writing, and plot line were excellent . Big mistake. It saddens me.

ABC doesn’t care what any of us think! Cancelling shows, before they have a chance to get off the ground, is common place for them. Mash and Cheers did terrible at first, but thankfully their network gave them a chance to become epic shows. Shame on ABC, I am done with them and will never start watching any new shows on their network. It’s too disappointing when they cancel them :(

I’m pissed, they always keep the ****** shows and dump the good shows!!!!! What’s wrong with TV production? same goes for that show missing. I loved 666 Park Ave

This is another example of why ABC sucks ever since Disney took over the network. 666 Park Avenue was the best series I’ve seen on TV in years. I really wish it was possible for another network to take this series over.

This was a great show. One of the very few “great shows” on TV today.

Great story…great characters and no sicking gore, gratuites sex or extreme violence.

    Very sad.
