I miss the show at least you could run it in the summer instead of borning us to tears with a bunch of other shows.
My daughter and I both liked watching this show

CBC – haven’t you ever heard or recording an episode while watching another. I miss the show – it was alot of fun watching Latoya and the others being cops. Bring it back!!!!

My wife and I thought that this was going to be the stupidest show on tv when we heard about it. I don’t know why we watched the first episode but we LOVED it. We tuned in every week to see what was going to happen next. I had a feeling it was yanked but just confirmed it by reading this board. It’s a shame. We really wanted to see how it finished. If someone knows if/when they will air the remaining episodes, please post it. Thanks.

I really enjoyed this show. I was getting my whole family into watching it and it goes off the air. I feel it was a good product that didn’t get enough air time. Most of the other stuff on TV is so low brow. Give us a break and bring it back. There are too few tv shows the whole family can watch together. Maybe I should just stick with watching shows on the disney channel with my kids…

I am so upset that Armed and Famous was cancelled. American Idol is old news, and I can’t believe that people would rather watch that than this show. There’s more to learn from a group of new police officers, than a handful of people who know how to sing. I don’t know what this world is coming to. I hope they at least put the season on DVD so I can watch the episodes that never aired. It’s a damn shame.

I love armed and famous!!! I’m so sick of stupid shows like Idol where it’s the same thing every time. Armed and Famous was fresh, interesting and fun! It was totally awesome to see the rookies grow with each day and see the people they helped. CBS is stupid to expect anything more if you put it up against something like Idol. The should have kept the show and moved it to another time. I loved it! p.s. I have two cops in my family and they loved it to!

I thought this was a great show. I had the Tivo set so I wouldn’t miss it. I agree with some of the other comments, put it on a different night and see what ratings it will get. Also, very impressed with Jack Osbourne. He would make a great full-time cop!

Personally I thought this was a really good show. Funny, serious, emotional, all the emotional gambits of life that as a police officer you see and go through. To try to stack any show against Idol is stupid on CBS’s part. I think CBS would have been smarter to move it to another time slot. It really was an entertaining show and worth watching.

I feel like every time something clean for the family comes on CBS DOES NOT LISTEN TO ITS VIEWERS. GET THE MESSAGE CBS, DONT KEEP PULLING SHOWS JUST BECAUSE IT DOESENT HAVE LANGUAGE OR SEX. Well its to bad that good tv shows are getting the boot. I just about dont watch TV any more. Well I guess that means just more movies for our house. Thanks to CBS.

I watched a past epesode last night on vh1 if I had known it was on CBS I would have been sure to watch it. As a former person who lived in Muncie it was great for me to see the cops working cause they didn’t before.

Armed and famous was great!! I have a lot of respect for all the celebrities that took part in the show. They have guts!! They showed that they were human but at the same time they learned and did better each week. My hat is off to them!! Leave it to the tv station to pull it. Every time they put something decent on they cancel it. Why do they even bother. It would have been great to put on saturdays as there is NOTHING ON THEN!!!!!
Sorry to see it go. It would be nice if another station would pick it up.

My wife and I loved the show, and was ticked when we found out it was cancelled. Nothing to watch anymore on Wednesdays. It wouldnt be good to put it on Mondays not only because of NBC’s Deal or No Deal, but because of (cable/satellites) WWE Monday Night RAW on USA network. That has the highest ratings on prime-time Monday nights. If anything CBS should air it on one of their cable stations.

I loved this show! I could relate so easily! I am a white, blonde, girly female and I was hired at the age of 42 as a police officer in a similiar sized city in the south. I knew exactly what LaToya and Trish were going through. It’s been three years so far and I think I have finally found my mojo on the job. You don’t know what “we” went through to get there. I hate it the show got cancelled. It really showed what police work is really like-the reality. There’s some good and bad elements in the job. I never would have thought LaToya would have done as well as she did, but she suprised me. I want more of this show…..much much more!

I actually thought it was an interesting show. I was amazed at how the actors were taking the jobs very seriously. It is sad that CBS would pull the show…it was a nice thing to tune into when you don’t want to watch American Idol.

I loved this show, I can’t believe they pulled it just because CBS can’t air it when more popular shows aren’t on. It’s ratings would be so much higher if it were on Mondays when nothing is on, I’m really disappointed. I loved seeing what it was like to become a cop, what was involved, and the added twist of being famous made it even more interesting.

I am sorry that they cancelled Armed & Famous. It was funny and interesting. It was certainly better than Idol, Ugly Betty or Jericho. It did not turn out to be the spoof that I thought it would be in the beginning. Are the actors still cops?

We liked the show and tuned in every week to watch it and taped it when we weren’t home to watch it live. Why would CBS cancel such a good new show? Just another show canceled that we loved watching. Getting so tired of that happening.

I think you should have kept it on the air because it was about the only thing i watched. The show was great i cant believe how other police shows like cops can be on the air for years and when a semi scripted show like Armed & Famous gets on the air it is quickly shot down by ratings. The remaining episodes will be airing on Vh1 starting in early February with a first five season marathon. Great show just not enough ratings to keep it going!

I enjoyed the show very much and for once you could actually see as a civlian what it was like to ride in a patrol car. It is not 24 hours of high speed chases and shoot outs so this brought it down to the day to day routine which most people just didn’t understand.

Its to bad alot of people in Muncie didn’t want the show to be on to start with but I thought it turned out pretty good, it was funny and made us laugh, I think it should have stayed on , it only had 3 more weeks to go anyway. To bad the little shows always get beat out by the bigger ones.

Awesome news! Not that it really matters since one of the best new shows from CBS, JERICHO, is returning Feb 14th.

Terrible shows like Armed and Stupid should be airing on cable networks like VH-1.

I think this is the first real good news I have read on your site. Well, the cancellation of Studio 60 was good news, but that ended up being more rumor than real.
