To use an idea by this article's author, a show where the "title is used but there's little resemblance to the what made a show successful with its fans; cast, character relationships, situations, etc." Hurwitz could certainly have fun with that. Or, the fact that one cast member may not be returning (Michael Cera, perhaps? See linked story under Recent News about Cera not wanting to participate). He could have some inappropriate star actor play the role -- Shia LaBeouf as George Michael! Wait, not a big enough name. Tom Cruise as George Michael! No, too old.
