TV show description:
Based on the Green Arrow superhero from DC Comics, this TV series follows the tale of billionaire playboy Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell). After being involved in a violent shipwreck, he’s presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote Pacific island.
When Oliver returns home to Starling City, he’s welcomed by his devoted mother Moira (Susanna Thompson), his beloved sister Thea (Willa Holland), and his best friend Tommy (Colin Donnell). They sense however that Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he’s become, he desperately wants to make amends for the selfish actions he took as a boy.
Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance (Katie Cassidy). As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow – a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory.
By day, Oliver plays the role of the wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be — flanked by his devoted chauffeur and tough-as-nails bodyguard, John Diggle (David Ramsey). While doing this, he carefully conceals the secret identity he uses under the cover of darkness.
Laurel’s father, Detective Quentin Lance (Paul Blackthorne), is determined to arrest this Arrow vigilante that’s operating in his city. Meanwhile, Oliver’s own mother, Moira, knows much more about the deadly shipwreck than she’s let on and is more ruthless than he could ever imagine.

What do you think? Do you like the Arrow TV series? Do you think it should have ended with season eight? Would you have watched season nine?
I think they should stop canceling good shows! I like Arrow! Besides, how do you know that the next show you replace it with will do any better? There are way too many unfinished series sitting out there that should either be given some closure or go to Netflix for a chance to continue. Obviously, this is just my opinion.
I love this show, and without felicity and the arrow the show will be sucks
Please continue it this show helped me through hard times and I love this show continue it please it really is a good show
I love this show and all the characters in it. Please keep tbis show going. Get rid of all those stupid reality shows. As i find them useless and boring
I really like this and urge continuation.
I have always enjoyed the show. Good fit for the cast and dynamics. I like that it is dark and would like it darker and more unpredictable.
IT SHOULD BE RENEWED!
have enjoyed very much please do not cancel
YES
This show is the reason I have NetFlix. I didn’t come in until the 3rd season. My wife and I got addicted and watched the first 2 seasons in just a few weekends.
awesome show, love it.
Great show needs to get back go original crooks Narrowband for me
I love both Arrow and The Flash!
They are shows I wait to watch every week! The characters are fun and have great relationships with each other. I love the foreshadowing that you have started and hope to have both shows on long enough to explore all the avenues and stories.
The Arrow is my favorite TV show. Please don’t cancel and please do not kill off Felicity. She s the heart and soul of Oliver Queen. I think I am obsessed.
Also like the Flash and especially when you do crossover between the Flash and The Arrow.
Arrow is the best show ever!!!
Please say it isn’t so that “ARROW” is being cancelled? I am so thankful that I am able to catch up with the episodes I have missed thru CW TV. Please don’t cancel and keep it coming. So many great shows are getting cancelled, but this one needs to stay and keep the adventure going. I mean there have been some recent movies from comic books that do not follow the comics that we grew up reading and have failed in comparison to the comics….example X-Men… The Arrow has been spot on in suspense, emotional highs and lows….etc. Way to… Read more »
