I really, truly enjoyed watching Cashmere Mafia.
It was a change of pace to see women coming out on top.
And I came to love the four best friends – it’s just really refreshing.
It’s a pity they got cancelled.
I hope ABC renews it…. I wonder if there’s any chance of that happening.

I loved Cashmere Mafia and Big Shots. You should bring them back again. Maybe if you advertised it the way you do other shows more people would know about it and watch them. The people who do know love it. Changing the time and days doesn’t help either. Please bring them back

Cashmere Mafia was canceled I loved the show I couldn’t wait for it to come on the excitment , I loved they way they dressed and it was so classey. This show and Dirty Sexy Money were the best new shows on TV. We the viewers are sick of Cop shows Reality shows., Game shows Nanny’s shows . So what is it with you people , you did not even give his show a chance just when you fall in LOVE with a show you cancel it. Why don’t you listen to what the viewers like. We need shows like these shows they are exciting and watching these HOT shows just takes your mind off all the crap that is going on in this world.

I can’t believe no one responded to Anton’s comment. Let’s “put it into perspective and ask yourself if you could really afford to run a network if you lost money on it every week.” No, no one could. But a good business plan would be to place new shows in the schedule where they have a chance to gather an audience. As you state yourself, “Miss Guided” went up against the Final Four and “Cashmiere Mafia” was up against Law and Order and CSI. Considering the followings those shows/sports have, they should be glad anyone tuned in at all. So, putting things into perspective, with scheduling geniuses like that at the helm, this new season should be interesting. No, wait, I forgot….THOSE were the only shows we tuned in to ABC for. What’s the point in watching anything new on a network that won’t give a show a fair chance? Just as you get invested in the characters, it’s gone, so it’s better to spare yourself the dissappointment, and not waste the time.

I enjoyed watching Cashmere Mafia
It was fun watching high power women
show their capability’s as a power women.
I think there are too too many reality shows I think it was better than the shows they brought back this year.

4.8 million is more people than we have in New Zealand but my wife and i looked forward to watching Cashmere Mafia every week and so did most of our friends!! We never really liked SATC and see no comparison except they are both based around successful women, although the hags on SATC werent really successful. It really sucks that a writers strike got in the way of this show. Its all about timing…

I really am disappointed that ABC isn’t going to finnish out the season.

Cashmere mafia was a great show. It didn’t even get to finish its fulls season due to writers strike. If they had of finished episodes it would have given more people a chance to get addicted like I did. I loved the show. Heaps better then lipstick jungle that’s got a second season

I can not believe they got rid of Mafia..i LOVE THAT SHOW..im in college and was getting my friends into it…we loved it, it was a great new show!! it gave us something along with greys to get into …we would watch the show and hope that we could be some version of that in a few years…really upset about it not coming back on…

I don’t know about capitalism, but I do understand that it’s unrealistic to expect 10 mill viewers for EVERY series out there! People get tired watching TV after a while! But that does not in any way imply that Mafia wasn’t a super enormous hit, I know it’s supposed to have been competing with Lipstick Jungle, but I think it focused on the actual issues much better, along with a highly developed sense of style among all the lead characters! Tsk Tsk, what a shame, 7 episodes is truly heinous!

It’s not so much that both shows stink, but both just had bad timing. Miss Guided had to compete with the Final Four, and Cashmere had to go against CSI/Law & Order. And when the network pumps alot of ad bucks into these programs and doesn’t get a fair ROI, why lose more money?

Of course you could say it’s not fair and all they care is about money, but put it into perspective and ask yourself if you could really afford to run a network if you lost money on it every week.

On the flipside, maybe we might see Cashmere make a comeback on soapnet; though it doesn’t exactly qualify as one.

I hardly get to watch TV. between a baby an work its hard to watch anything. I loved this show and loved where it was going. I have been watching and waiting for itsreturn. That sucks 2 of my Fav show’s again canceled …. I loved Cashere mafia thought it was way better then lipstick jungle and miss guided was a refreshing new comedy that was great to me ! I haven’t watched to many comedy’s lately but I really enjoyed that one.
