TV show description:
In this police drama, Kiera Cameron (Rachel Nichols) is a Protector; a regular cop from Vancouver in the year 2077. Through a series of events, she finds herself trapped in present day — alone and a stranger in a strange land. To make matters worse, there are eight of the most ruthless criminals from the future, known as Liber8, loose in the city.

Thankfully, through the use of her CMR (cellular memory recall — a futuristic liquid chip technology implanted in her brain), Kiera can connect with Alec Sadler (Erik Knudsen), a seventeen-year-old tech genius. Using his prototype 2012 wireless technology, Alec is able to help Kiera track the Liber8 agents and provide her with information to help her operate in our time.

In order to track the terrorists down and keep them from changing the past (and presumably future), Kiera joins the 2012 Vancouver Police Department. Thanks to Alec’s help, she’s able to do this without the necessary credentials. Kiera knows that the eight terrorists will resort to criminal activity to further their goals of taking down the corporations that will one day rule the world.

Partnered up with Detective Carlos Fonnegra (Victor Webster) of the Special Investigations Unit, Kiera positions herself perfectly to hear about Liber8’s activities and to hopefully intervene.

Like Kiera, Carlos is also a cop with a passion for justice. They are from totally opposite ends of the ideological spectrum however. Carlos believes in justice for the individual while Kiera’s 2077 sensibility has brought her to believe in justice for corporations.

Kiera has been brought up and trained to always depend on her technology. She finds that her relationship with Carlos has her learning to listen to her gut for the first time.

Me and my wife have been watching continuum, all the way up to season 3 episode 13, and disappointed because there was no more seasons. When you have a great series going don’t just drop it. Please bring back season 4.

I’ve watched this show three times now on Netflix and it keeps getting better. I can’t wait for a 4th season. The networks have to get with the times and quit following the Neilson ratings on everything for what is considered good television.

Please do not canel it it’s one of the best shows I’ve seen on tv I was watching two other shows before this and both got canceled and I don’t want this awesome show to be canceled either

Why did you put a great show on a really bad time slot?
Except to try to save money so you don’t have to show the program again in the different time zones. If you want a good program to fail just show it off prime time. Shame on you!

This is the best scripted show on TV bar none. PLEASE do not cancel this show – its too good to be tossed out. Just give it a better time slot – that will help the ratings.

I have been very stupid for not watching this on syfy, but it’s a GREAT thing that Netflix has it, because I wouldn’t have been able to see this AMAZING show!!! And I would HATE for it to end the way it ended… So please please please come back for season 4.

Love this show! Just found it and have watched all the episodes up to 30! Keep it going!
Don’t do like BBC America did with Copper and cancel a great show!! That was a huge mistake, and cancelling Continuum would be just as bad! There are so many good shows that get cancelled! Don’t do it!

Continuum is a brilliant show with creative ( and unexpected ) plot development. A quality production that challenges our imaginations. It’s problem is easy to solve. Friday night for any show is a death sentence. It killed Star Trek, Firefly, and many other good shows. I have not seen any promotion for this show. Aside from that everybody who sees it, really likes it. With all the handicaps SyFy Channel gives it I feel it does extremely well considering 10pm Friday night slot. SyFy, Showcase, needs this show to keep its quality of programing to the highest standards. You have a good fan base and have invested money in a great show, now step up and give it some promotion and a better time slot or cut it some slack for the bad time slot. We are watching it on DVD recording, Tivo and best of all: Blu ray with DTS HD Sound. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A GIANT MISTAKE . THIS SHOW IS A HIDDEN GEM WITH A HUGH CULT FOLLOWING. YOU WILL MAKE LOTS OF MONEY!

The DVD-Blu Ray sales are good. Has a great fan base. Writers, producers all veterans of Outer Limits and other great shows. put blame where it belongs. No advertising. It is on late Friday, the worst slot, and it still holds it’s own. The show is great. It is and will be a “cult” status TV series given a little support. PLEASE do not throw away a great show with good money potential for another bigger gamble.
Continuum given a decent budget and time slot is in a same league as Orphan Black, Defiance, Helix, American Horror, and of corse Walking Dead and Game of Thrones. If it is going to get a crappy time slot, please allow for all the DVD recording, TIVO and most of all all of us the buy it the day it comes out. If you release it at the end of the previous season straight away, you will dramatically cut bootlegging.
