I love CSI: New York and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation but CSI:Miami makes my teeth hurt…only because David Caruso has to be the WORST actor on tv! How did he ever make it as an actor???????

Two questions: Why is the show called CSI Miami when it is entirely filmed in California. I live in Miami and do not recognize any streets, bridges, waterways etc.
Why is David Caruso still on the show? He is the worst actor on TV and ruins every scene. The man is no better than Keanu Reeves.
