The writing was on the wall, so they cancelled it on the very last scene. Anyway's Victoria Principal would have only been part of JR's fantasy if he never existed, but still it would have been great to see her seeing as Linda Grey, Steve Kanaly, Mary Crosby, Ted Shackleford and Joan Van Ark made guest comebacks.
