I cant believe they ended DAY BREAK it kept my attention and it was a really good series. We need more shows such as this instead of TALK SHOWS i am so tired of talk shows…Bring back DAY BREAK there is still unanswered questions like how did he keep going back to the same day. Just cause the last so called show he cleared his name and found his fathers killer doesnt mean he found the answer of why he got to have his second chance to do help and save all those ppl. Listen to the fans even though this show has been off the air for awhile WE REMEMBER IT AND WANT IT BACK!!! stop with the talk shows of just dirt and gossip and bring back TV bring back our shows. We have enough reality tv shows, we have enough everyday drama let us excape again within our shows. BRING BACK TAYE DIGGS AS DET. BRET HOPPER!!!!!!!!!

My brother told me about this show. We bought the DVD set. It was so compelling that i watched it in one straight sitting. It really would be worth bringing it back, as it seems to have a fairly strong and vocal following. Really was an entertaining tv show.

Finally…something different…a show that’s not the same old same old…and you take it off the air!!!! Is it truly lack of interest …or…is it just that you didn’t give this show a chance to become established with viewers. And Taye Diggs? What can I say? He’s awesome and believeable in that role. I do hope it’s renewed for a second season after they’ve showed them again (saw comercials about this when I was in the US earlier this summer). It’s one of the best shows I’ve seen on TV.

Day Break was the best show on tv and it need to be a second because of the way it ended and I didn’t want the show to come to the last episode because I knew I wouldn’t be able to see another new episode. ABC need to stop keeping all the shows that no one wants to see and keep shows like Day Break and cancel the other one’s.

this can not be real. One of the best series ever to be stoped, i am sure that this is something else… This serial is the best, it has 6.5 mil viewers what more do they want ? Just some other company contact the script writer and actors and do another serial with diffrent name like When Day Breaks – it will be huge and make them a lot of money and a lot of happy people. And what statistics say that the serial is low on support ? That is not true.

I’m one of the BIG Colombian fan base of “Day Break” and also the most faithful…

We are getting Day Break by the People and Arts channel and I’m just getting the news of this series cancellation and I was Shoickt and disappointed.

I sign this petition in order to protect the general interest of those who are really engaged with good TV… This show is exactly that. A great Show and I hope you realize that.

Luckily “TV One” aired all of the episodes of Day Break, or I would have gone stir crazy. The last episode was so good, I am crossing my fingers that some network picks the show up for a second season. Obviously the show has a fan base by the overwhelming response in this forum alone.
I will admit that it took me three tries to understand the show but once I really paid attention I was hooked.
PLEASE GIVE US “DAY BREAK” !!!!!!

I absolutely loved this show and could not wait to see it every Sunday. I watched the marathon on Memorial Day with my husband and got him hooked. The finale was fantastic. It left you wondering who was that guy watching Hopper and Rita in the end and what happened to Chet. You have to have a second season. i will be purchasing the DVD something I have never done before. This series is right up there with “The Game” with Michael Douglas”. ABC you did not promote this show like you do others. You have missed out on a great show by cancelling it. TVOne keep up the good work and bring this back out. Plaster Taye Diggs on all the talk shows like they do everybody else.

I just finished watching the entire season of Day Break on TV1. I’m in school full-time, with little time to watch anything on television, but I had to make sure that I saw every episode. Every episode was excellent and ABC should have never dropped the show. I’m happy that TV1 picked it up so I could see the rest of the season. So please continue the show. I want to see the second season!!!!

Hey guys I love the Day Break Series alot among with other several tv series, I hope ABC network will pick up “Day Break” for a new season cause it is totally awesome! I mean who can keep thinking of so many new ideas and outcomes for the “same” day over and over(pure genius). So hopefully it comes back. If they could also hopefully sell the DVD in Asia region cause I just introduced this series to my friend in Asia and he LOVES it and so does his elder brother!!(Help my friend out a little)

Okay…it’s been well over a year now that you…ABC..pulled DayBreak. YOU WOULD RERUN IT DURING THIS WRITERS STRIKE if you had any sense. It will be new to many, and maybe help some of us LOYAL FANS see ABC in a more favorable light after having FINALLY made a FAIR AND INTELLIGENT decision regarding this series. You originally replaced it with RERUNS of “JIM” and “Lopez”…why not replace a present rerun with this terrific series???????? PLEASE COME TO YOUR SENSES. I hope all of these additional comments over the year are sent to ABC again. Maybe we all should have sent ABC ‘nuts’ LIKE THE FANS OF JERICHO SENT TO CBS. They have their series BACK!!!!!!!

I live in Eastern Europe and somehow I used to live under the impression that only in countries like mine something like that could happen. To cut off a success series at half final season, without warning,is a specific move to countries where “respect” for the viewers means nothing. Great actors, great story, great intrigue, this show has it all! Are you guys sure the rating was so bad? Allow me to express my doubts over it…
Bring it back, this show was meant from its very first episode, to be a success! Who cut off the bird’s wings?

Day Break is defintely the best series I’ve seen all 2007. Better than Heroes, better than Lost. It starts slowly, but half-way through, it just gets better and better with every episode. The ending was fantastic! I’d definitely buy the DVD box set if there ever was one, and if there was another season I’d watch it religiously.

Daybreak was one of the few rare smart shows that aired. To pull it without allowing the show to grow is a huge mistake, as TV ratings these days will tell you absolutly squat due to TIVO and Digital recording devices. Allow fans to rate the show on the website, and you’ll see ratings blow a hole in your roof.

If nothing else I want ABC to come out with a DVD so we can at least see the rest of the episodes. I didn’t get in on when they post the rest of the episodes on ABC.com because I was even aware that they where going to do that. There is so much junk on TV now that It’s a real shame when they cancel one of the really original great new shows. I mean common 6 episodes in nowhere near enough time to see how the show will perform down the road.
