This show is much better than scandal and revenge. Meagan good absolutely hits her detective role. Laz is great too.

good show but a very poor way to end the season, need another season of show.

Also it’s a sad commentary on the sad state of network television when a show that gets 7-8 million viewers is talked of as a “success”.

Network PR spin has done a great job at getting journalists to define success ever downward, to the point that New Girl and Family Guy and their meager 5 million viewers are routinely described as “hits” even though they’re hits only in the imagination of the PR Departments.

Please renew!!!! This is a great show!!!

Rena Moretti March 21, 2013 at 1:24 pm

It’s a terrible show, as its ratings show. By the way, once again, I will insist that 18-49 is meaningless in the real worl. Only in PR land is it of any import as a justification to keep on favored shows.

H Rena – by your logic, then all those god-awful reality shows with high ratings are great shows. God save us if that is the case.

I love, love deception and deception deserves a second season. I hate the estimates that a bloghing it’s most likely to cancel. I think they got it wrong all the time with shows that end up being a hit. Please, listen to the fans because like other shows that was estimated /predicted to canceled are hits now. Deception will be a big hit the second season.

Rena Moretti March 21, 2013 at 1:25 pm

Please name three shows that started with 3 million viewers in season one and ended up being hits.

I can’t name even one.

I have really enjoyed this show. Each character brings a different adventure. I look forward to watching the twists and turns each week. The next week doesn’t come fast enough. Meagan Good is a very good dramatic actress. I would love to see this show come back next season. Please do not take it off the air.

Season 2 please!!!!!!!

Cjett March 20, 2013 at 10:37 pm

Please don’t cancel this show. I like it. I am 42 years old and you don’t see a lot of good shows on like you use to. My favorite shows are Scandal, Revenge, and Deception. I love to see more between Johanna and her Bowers friend. I always thought Megan Goode was a great actress.

Enjoyed watching this show weekly with my Dad. (I am in my 40’s and dad is 80). Meagan Good is doing a good job playing someone walking a fine line between career and people she actually cares about. Great cast– Larroquette, Garber, Merkerson..Divine. Tate, Laz, and Ella Rae all do strong work, but Katherine LaNasa is an awesome find. Loving Sopha’s layers of meanness, protection, high society hillbilliness and high strung craziness. Hope it gets another season to bloom.

The best show on television!!!Please renew!!

Greg Emmons March 20, 2013 at 9:33 pm

I hope it’s not canceled! Me and my girlfriend love to watch this show and look forward to it every week!

Alan Darley March 20, 2013 at 11:15 pm

You should at least finish 2 more Episodes to finalize the story line so for the people that really liked it and have committed 11 weeks of viewing time to this amazing show. Don’t leave us hanging with unanswered questions.

Where is the incentive of watching ABC if you can’t finish a story line ???/
