After his explosive regeneration, the Eleventh Doctor awakes to discover his TARDIS is about to crash. After falling from the sky, he pulls himself out of the wreckage to come face-to-face with young Amy Pond. The Doctor promises to take Amy to the stars but first they must revert an alien plot that could destroy the Earth.

The fifth series has now been released on DVD in a six disc set. In addition to all 13 full-length episodes, the Doctor Who set also includes special features like Doctor Who: Confidential, The Monster Files, video diaries, commentaries, outtakes, and deleted & extended scenes.

    I was concerned about this season at first, warming up to a new doctor. But it wasn’t hard, they show feels new and fresh! Can’t wait for the next season
