It was an unimpressive start for this new series. It was in third place at 8pm and in second place for the remainder of the half hours, beaten by FOX’s So You Think You Can Dance by 29% in the demo. It may be that America is tiring of singing competitions or at least that they’re not ready to embrace another one so soon after the finales of The Voice and American Idol. Perhaps the network would have benefited from waiting a few weeks to premiere this one.
Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

I love duets bring it back but only if you make sure jennifer nettles returnes and kelly clarkson bc they are my fav I know jennifer is kinda busy with her new baby but she has to return if the show does bc she is the reason I watch it bc she is incredible please bring duets back its wayyy better than american idol!

LOVED this show. Some of the harmony was so beautiful it brought tears (Jennifer Nettles a nd her partners in particular).

I loved The Duets. It seemed the judges truly cared about the contestants and offered constructive criticism in a tasteful manner. It had a wholesome flair to it–something that is a rarity on TV today. Surely hope to see it back on the schedule.

very boring used to watch it all the time but will not anymore.
Duets is awesome hope you bring it back and give it a chance to see if it attracts
a bigger audience or how else will you no. There are to many terrible programs
on tv these days why not something that is entertaining.
