Everwood was probably my favorite show of all time and I know others who have said the same. Why on earth are such quality shows cancelled????? Every year there are fewer good programs to watch on TV. No wonder former viewers go to their computers instead. When Everwood was rerun, I again watched every single episode and cried, again, when it ended. I don’t supposed there is any way to bring all those marvelous characters back to see how they are all doing now?

Everwood changed my life. then it got cancelled.it was a terrific show, and Emily VanCAMP IS A VERY TALENTED ACTOR. They were wrong not to cancell it! it makes me laugh and cry,and me and my older sister got along better when it was on the air.we had something to talk about. Everwood talks about real life,and is so down to earth. Please bring it back!

I really liked watching everwood. Every day I came home, I looked forward to getting home to work to watch my favorite show. You are so stupid to take it off. It’s the best show ever. I wish there was a way I could watch it again. Can’t you do anything at all? I deal with depression and it completely lifts my mood when I watch everwood. Think about it if it makes some unfortunate person so happy just to see a show, how important is that show.

Everwood was a great show for parents to watch with teenagers. It covered so many issues that teens and parents of teens could relate to. This would be a great show to bring back for a fifth season. The reason the number of viewers was lower than 7th Heaven for the season finale was that 7th Heaven was advertised for weeks that it was the final episode. We need shows like this for teenagers and parents to watch together. Please bring it back!!!!

How disappointing to see a show the caliber of Everwood’s cancelled. The acting was superb; the writing, dialogue and story line was very compelling. I was unable to predict what would happen. I, too, found the small town life charming, living somewhat vicariously through the characters, since I’m a big city girl. If it’s not too late, please bring it back; the re-runs at the very least, and advertise when and where! 7th Heaven has run its course; it is old and tired, though it was also a great show during its time. Bring back Everwood!

Our entire family is very disappointed that the show may not return. We would time dinner perfectly so we could all gather to watch the show together. It is a wonderful show for the entire family that deals with realistic issues families face today. If the show does not return, I certainly hope they will release the series on DVD beyond season 1. I do not watch much TV at all and this show was my altime favorite even over Friends that I faithfully never missed an episode. Please bring Everwood back soon! Our lives with be dull without this evening ritual to look forward to each weeknight.

I looked forward to watching Everwood every weeknight at 6PM on ABC Family. Unfortunately, Dish Network doesn’t have CW. I was and still am very upset, to find out that Feb. 6th was the last episode that will be aired? Please, please bring it back. It is such a good story, with alot of great people playing alot of great characters. There isn’t anything else to watch at 6PM weeknights. Looking at all the other posted comments, I am one of many, many viewers who feel this way.

Everwood is the best maybe slow to catch on! Like other shows but when it grabs you it grabs you. My husband & I have been rushing home & taping when we can’t be home just so we can see it. Now the finale we saw last night & it not coming on any more. Now I love 7th heaven ( the new ones) but the reruns have been run in the ground. So please return Everwood reruns at least but must of all bring the whole cast back for another season or so. 4 seasons was to short.

I started watching Everwood on the Family channel several months ago and we didnt have the CW, We have seen several shows and got hooked and last night was the last on family channel. It upset me, I really didnt know it existed until I saw it on Satilite but I have the CW now and if they brought it back my in-laws and I would all watch it. I hate it was cancelled and hope they bring it back I love that show. And honestly its the first soap opera like show I have ever had my husband watch with me it was impressing.

I still to this day am very disappointed that the CW network did not pick up Everwood. Actually you know what it doesn’t surprise me, If it doesn’t have to do with some kind of sex scandles or cheating they won’t put it on t.v. these days anymore.

This was a show that had good values and alot of people could relate to it in their own personal lives.

It is ashamed to see such a good program go off the air.

I hope it will make it’s way back to the air someday.

Everwood is the Best! I can’t believe it has been cancelled. I just started watching it on the Family channnel…I won’t miss a night. It deals with real family issues, teenage issues, relationships, death, going on, parenting and the true resistance from the teenagers, teenage pregnancy, friendships,mistakes parents make and admitting it, their imperfections,etc…I told all my friends to get the dvd of the series. It truly is a show that families can watch together. Why? Please bring it back.

I was very sorry to hear that Everwood was cancelled. My daughter and I watched the show together when the series started, and we both continued to watch the program after she went away to college—often calling each other to discuss the latest program.

I loved all of the characters—the small town charm and the romance.

Please bring the series back at least for another season, so we can find out who Ephram and his dad end up with…….

Good move CW, cancel Everwood for the absolute worst season of 7th Heaven ever produced. It is the most GOD awful thing on television. Maybe they need to bring back Ashlee Simpson. At they very least they need help from above – from none other than Aaron Spelling, since every show is in his memory.

Warner Brothers, listen here – you put so much crap out on DVD, do the right thing and release all the seasons of Everwood on DVD. Everyone will like you then.

I think everwood should be brought back for another
season. I love Rose and think she is great in her
role, Amdy, I good, Efferam is great with Amy, but
they need to get their act together. Either they
stay together and get married or they break up for
good, it becomes boring after a while when they go
back and forth, and Efferam need to decide what he
wants to do with his life. Dalia is good in her
role, and Roses’ husband I can’t think of his name
my mind is a blank, is some what of a drip at times.
I think in my opinion the show would be better if
some of these chances were made. On the whole
Everwood is a wonderful show, but I think that Nina
either she too stays with Jake or ends up with Andy,
needs to be settled too.

this matter, and hope that you will consider
bringing back Everwood with some changes for the
better.

Everwood is my favorite show.I can’t believe that such an amaizing show that deals with real teen and family issues can just be cancelled as if the show ment nothing.This show has shown issues that every day people really deal with.No other show does this.I’ve been on every web site know to try and make a difference so that generations to come can enjoy this great show as well.This show has made teens feel like their not the only ones who are having problems.To bring 7th heaven back come on.I did like that show and it’s has had a wonderful run but I think that enough is enough already.The ratings on the new 7th heaven season is really down.The story line is wasted and really sucks!How many more people can they have to live in the house to spice the story up?Give it up already and put everwood back.

I was soo sad when i found out that Everwood would no longer be on the CW…i watched the season finale and i thought they left the ending open…i mean it was a good ending, but I just wish they wouldnt have canceled it. Someone needs to reconsider opening a 6th season of Everwood because it didnt show college life for Amy and Hannah. And i want to see if Amy’s mom ends up supporting that baby…they left alot of parts unfinished and i hope they can open another season!! I will be soo happy and i bet other people will too!

I still can’t believe Everwood was cancelled. Here in Canada on the local station I watched Everwood on it was public knowledge that Everwood would end and that last seaon’s last episode was the finale. I still hope that someone comes to their senses and revives Everwood…it had great characters, witty writing. It is one show I could watch with my young children and not worry about what would come up *(except the one episode when Bright cheated on Hannah). There’s still so much more to tell about the characters….so let’s hope someone in a position to do it – decides it is worth brining back the great cast and writers and give people what they want.

I loved Everwood how can you just let us hang like that there was so much more to know. I watched every episode several times. It was just a start of an excelant show and many more episodes could have come from it. Look how long 7th heaven lasted was cancelled and then brought back. I enjoyed Everwood so much more. I couldnt wait for it to come back I am a very dissapointed viewer now all there is is Gilmore Girls, One Tree Hill, Smallville, And Supernatural. Monday night and fridays are not the greatest shows. Come On CW lets give it one more try bring on the next season and lets see how it does. I am a deticated viewer and would love to contonue to be one.

I am so disappointed that CW did not reconsider putting Everwood on their network. It was by far one of the best family shows on the air and because of all the teen issues, I always shared this show with my students. I could always count on Everwood approaching delicate subjects with honesty, maturity, and professionalism. On behalf of myself, my husband, and my students, thank you Everwood for many enjoyable shows. I hope that some other network has the intelligence to pick this great show up and continue it for many more years.

Everwood has been my favorite show for about three years. I watched every single episode faithfully for the last two seasons. I do not understand why I am just finding out about my favorite show was cancelled. I really do feel as though one of my best friends has died. Everwood, without a doubt has been one of the best viewing experiences of my life. Simply put, its the best show on television, that in many ways overstepped the television medium, and directly affected peoples day to day lives.

The Everwood tv series stuck out from the masses of of generic programming because it was not afraid to explored life’s emotional rollercoaster, and the unforseen circumstances that can bring each us great joy or great pain.

I will be forever in debt to Everwood, because watching this show week after week, has made me a better human being.

P.S.

I’m glad that ABC Family bought the rights to our four year run, I actually saw two promos today, publicizing the move to the ABC family Channel.

I actually read that the series finale earner 5 million viewers, I like everyone else thought it was a bit above 4 million, but I found out after surfing through wikipedia.com that it was in fact 5 million.

entire seasons of Everwood can be purchased off of ebay. they are home copies – of course – since season’s 2, 3 & 4 are not being released for retail. if i remember correctly, they sell for about $40.00 per season.

I have been a fan of Everwood since the first episode. I’ve watched Andy and Nina flirting back and forth with each other, hoping they will connect. Now that they finally have, you take it off the air. How could you?

I do not watch these never ending reality shows that are on every station now. Everwood was a good story to look forward to watching every week.

My husband and I were very disappointed that Everwood was taken off the air. It was the BEST show on TV and we never missed an episode. So many shows have been taken off the air that we really have enjoyed that we are to the point that we just don’t even want to get interested in another one and get used to watching it just so it can be cancelled. It’s always the really good ones that are cancelled. Someone has absolutely no clue what they are doing! The BEST decision they could make would be to bring back Everwood.

I feel like such an idiot! Here it is over a MONTH after the questions about whether “We saved Everwood”–I didn’t even know it was a QUESTION!! I live for this show…my entire TV viewing schedule revolves around the air-times of first-run episodes. It was CERTAINLY not made very public that it was in danger of being cancelled. The last episode wasn’t even aired as a POSSIBLE final episode I REALLY want Everwood renewed! This is beyond unbelievable–it even airs in EUROPE!! They never pick up US shows that aren’t projected to do well. The whole point in PICKING UP US shows is evidence that they are doing well!! This is a HUGELY poor decision for the new CW.

I am so disappointed that Everwood has been cancelled. In my opinion, this show had several more seasons to go before it reached its end. In addition, I can’t believe they now are not going to be releasing Seasons 2, 3 & 4 on DVD. We recently purchased Season 1 and have completed watching all 23 episodes and now we won’t be able at least continue watching re-runs after the WB cancelled the show. What a disappointment. The WB cancelled the only 2 decent shows in it’s programming and made a huge mistake. Well, we won’t be watching any shows this Fall on thier station since they cancelled the only 2 we actually did watch. Again, what a disappointment!!

I am so saddened that Everwood has been cancelled. I was a faithful viewer for all 4 years. When Everwood first came on the air, I was at a very, very low point in my life. I used to so look forward to Monday nights when it came on. I had Tivo’d all of this past season. Believe it or not, I just watched about 11 episodes in a row. (I had Tivo’d from the first show of this year until the end in June). I HAD to skip forward to watch the finale. I was so sad with tears streaming down my face, not only at the ending, but kowing it was going off the air. I am a 36 yr old adult, and I cannot believe how the show effected me. I think it was one of the greatest shows on t.v. Such a sad time knowing it will not be shown anymore. I am saving the “Foreverwod” finale forever (I am burning the finale off of Tivo and onto disc, thank goodness for modern science). In any event, thanks Everwood, you got me through some very, very sad times in my life!!!

I can’t believe that a crap show like Charmed lasted as many seasons as it did but Everwood is being cancelled before its due time. Everwood had loyal viewers and I believe if 7th Heaven had remained out of the picture, the 7th Heaven family-drama seeking fans would have turned to Everwood to fill their Monday-night void. Is it at all possible that ABC Family might pick up where the WB left off, sort of like when Roswell (or Buffy?) switched from the WB to UPN?

I think that more people would have watched the finale had it been publicized more, i was shocked when watching the second to last episode and then finding out that the seasonfinale was the next week. I was very made about it. I hope it comes back, I have watched 7th Heaven and Everwood faithfully. I do not see how they can bring back 7th Heaven and not Everwood, which i feel has surpassed 7th Heaven.

Sandi: WB’s schedule doesn’t show any Everwood repeats thus far (which I believe is the norm for them). The cable channel ABC Family has purchased the rights to air the series so I would watch their schedules in the Fall.

Actually, WB did not say that Everwood will not be released on DVD. They said it’s not currently on the schedule, but are constantly evaluating their titles. Nothing is ruled out, especially since Everwood has jumped up to Amazon’s top 10 in DVD sales. For more info, check out tvshowsondvd.com and look at the “Interivew with Warner Bros.” articles – they mention the show several times.
