Please don’t cancel this show it’s what I look forward to watching each week that keeps me motivated, reminds me that I can lose the weight (105 lbs.) I’ve started going to the gym and pushing my self when the workouts seem to hard or boring. I used to quit when working out after the first week or two . When I first started going to the gym I could only walk on the eliptical for 1/2 minute at a time, now I can walk on the eliptical for 30 minutes. I pushed myself because of what I saw the extremely overweight contestants on the show do. I felt if they can do it, even though it was painful then I could do it too. Thank you Chris powell. When you’re pushing them outside their comfort zone it’s as if you were pushing me too.
