This show is very creative and although you know that the main character speaks to the dead, the process in each show is inventive. I never feel that it is a repeat of another story. Each episode appears to be a continuation of the main character’s life and destiny. I find myself always looking for more.
Remember how Star Trek ended up. The TV executives should learn from that and avoid making the same mistake. Bring this show back!

I continue to be amazed by the networks programing choices. Ghost Whisper was a great show. This was the only show that both my 9 year old and 13 year old daughter would sit and watch together. If we were not going to be home we always made sure to DVR so we could all watch as a family. CBS I am ashamed of you. You talk about ratings no one ever asked us! If anything we became faithful to watching this show from season 2 on. ABC show CBS that you are indeed the better network and bring Ghost Whisper back!!!!!

I agree with Wilfred Owne. The addition of the kid ruined the show. I loved seeing the romance between Melinda and Jim but as soon as they added the kid it just….ended. AND he doesnt say his lines very well and asks too many questions, no offence. But id love for the show to come back on air. PLEASE?!

I love this show. I find Ghost Whisperer on several different channels and record it so I can sit and watch with my daughter. We enjoy it so much. This is a great storyline. I wish someone would pick this show back up. It’s scary but has funny and emotional times too. I believe a different network could bring this show back.

I think the show went downhill and lost viewership for the same reason I stopped watching it: the addition of the child actor. Sorry to say it, but he was an annoying kid, and the episodes got even less adult with him on it. It started out as a sexy show (with Jennifer in revealing costumes!) that both of the spouses could find “interesting.” Add the kid, and it got too clean. He didn’t read his lines very well, either. Sorry kid.

Really!! OMG! This is one of the very few Grown-up shows that is clean enough for my son to watch… He was 8 (now 13) when he found it. He thought it was a show like Ghost Hunters. I would watch it first & record it. Then on Saturdays we would watch it together… Kind of our own “Prime Time In The Day Time Mommy & Me Moment”. As he got older, he got to stay up late and when it aired on Fridays he thought he was the coolest kid on the block!! This a very SAD day. I guess the only DESCENT (Prime Time) thing left for youths to watch is ICarly, Ben 10, and StarWars-Clone wars……. Thank you for 5 wonderful years! Personally (Like Everyone Else), I wanted it would stay… But if it must go ~ I wished we had closure….

I actually discovered Ghost Whisperer a couple of months ago… I absolutely LOVE it and was dissapointed to find out it had been cancelled… … I would Love to see it come back on the air!!!!!! There’s too many things left unfinished to just drop it like that… I will be buying the whole season to play catch-up….

I think Ghost Whisperer is AWESOME!!! The reason the ratings went down toward the end was because that was when they started adding things like the shineys and the shadows and it wasn’t needed. Everyone I know that loved the show says the same thing, they stopped watching because all the new things that were being added to enhance the show when the show didn’t need it. I strongly believe that it they started a new season and did away with the shineys and shadows or made them dwindle out somehow the ratings would go back up and there would be plenty of viewers!! This was a great show why fix something that wasn’t broke?

I am soo dissapointed that another of my favourtite shows has been cancelled. Next to Medium, this was my favourtite show and there was still soo much to tell I thought. With their son having the abilities that Melinda has, I hope ABC has the sense to pick up this show for another season. I work every Friday night, but DVR it. I am sure many people do and wonder if it counts for viewership.

I love this show and have been catching up on all the seasons and episodes that I have missed throughout the years. Not everything has to do with numbers….I love this show and it can always bring me to those happy tears. Over the years, I have had to work a lot on Friday nights and maybe that’s why some of the other viewers have stopped watching it too. it’s not necessarily about not being popular anymore, but in todays society, everyone has to work. Not only that but Ghost Whisperer teaches us to be family oriented and I think that is what has happened to a lot of the viewers…not only are people working but people have families…friday night activities….please bring this show back….it’s the best show in my book.

This was the only show I cared to watch on Friday nights and even had my husband waltching it and that is a BIG deal! BRING IT BACK!!!

Besides, you guys just dropped it – there was closure as far as I can tell.

I know of a few other showes you should consider taking off before this one like say CSI Miami! HELLO, how many times can they find a speckle of dust that just happens to only be in the Miami/Dade area and they kust happen to find that 1 little speck???

I have seen ghosts since I was 3 or4 years old. They used to help me get home when my older sister left me somewhere when she was supposed to be taking care of me. All that I recall was that most of them were tending their yards or front gardens when I asked them how to get home. I do not know why I expected them to know where I lived but most of the time they helped me go in the right direction. One day on the way to church in the car we were passing the graveyard adjacent to the church and I pointed to the black horses with the plumes on their heads because I knew my mother loved horses. She looked at the where I was pointing and said loudly that there were not any horses like I was crazy and the horses and glass wagon disappeared. I guess it was more important to be on the same page as my mother than it was to see ghosts at that time.

Where does CBS get their ratings ?? First they cancelled Moonlight, which was one of the best shows on television, then they cancel Ghost Whisperer. These were 2 great shows which should have complimented each other for ratings. After Moonlkight was cancelled all kinds of Vampire shows are on TV. I know there is no hope for Moonlight since Hawaii 50 came back on the air but I hope ABC will give Ghost Whisperer another shot.

I am so upset because the way Season 5 ended was Great. I wanted to learn more About the Shadows and Shiny’s. I was so happy to see Aiden come to the rescue of Melinda but it just leaves us with no closure.

I really hope ABC brings this show back.

We can have shows with half naked Women and B this and B that But when it comes to a show with such amazing meaning they cancel it? Wow Really?…

The ratings and views were really not that Low. Maybe if they stuck with a set time things would have been better…..

I watched Jennifer on day one of Ghost Whisper and followed her through every episodode, never missing a single one. I still have it scheduled to record should I be out when it starts, which brings me to the realization tbat it is cancelled. I was so excited to see how the next season would bring in new topics or even add to the cast. Please!!! Bring back Jennifer in Ghost Whisper.

Did not matter if there repeats, I always watched, and waiting for new episodes. Our best programs are disappearing without warning. I not only loves this, so does my husband.
Come on, there are programs not wearth watching…and still they come on.
