This is one of the best shows on tv. It should not be cancelled. There is a cartoon that the parents are gay. So why can we not get more episodes of a much better show that i would rather watch?I been waiting for season 6 an now there will be none. What is wrong with those producers!

I am still totally disappointed that Ghost Whisperer did not get the 6th season it deserved! I own all 5 seasons on DVD and still, to this day, feel that it needed a MUCH better ending. The ending that us fans got actually left us expecting to see more. Totally unfair!

Heroes and Law & Order are not in my line of interest.. It’s a sad sad thought not to ever have Ghost Whisperer back on the air.. It didn’t end correctly not for a series finale that is.. It was bad enough they did away with Medium and Charmed.. NOW Ghost Whisperer.. My only QUESTION is WHY?… Everybody I KNOW watched Ghost Whisperer.. I am sure there are more that did as well.. Please Please Please! Continue the story of Melinda and her family there are so many angles like with the book, shadows, shiny people etc that could be used as a source of continued torment under Melinda’s regular ghost appearances. This series I got started on late but fell instantly in love with it! How cool would it be to add another child to the family who posesses other gifts etc and how Melinda would need to protect them etc?! You have serious fans that still care a year after the show is cancelled to continue to fight to say we care and we want more! We WILL watch and it will be amazing! Pretty please with a cherry on top?!!!

I believe Ghost Whisperer is one of the best shows of all time. I cant believe they cancelled the show so abruptly. They at least needed to give the show a good send off. For the fans sakes. If it were up to me. I would bring it back somewhere. Id find some way of bringing the fans what they want. I followed Melinda and Jim’s relationship from beginning to end and we deserve a better ending than we got. Please give it a thought CBS. Not cool.

I have completely decided that I will not watch anymore shows on CBS other than the ones I watched with Ghost Whisperer. That would leave me with only NCIS and when that ends so will my participation with CBS. I am not so upset with the cancellation as much as I am upset with the fact that CBS didn’t consider that the 5, something millions of ppl that were watching didn’t deserve to see a series finale. It is all about the profits, without the ppl that watch even the 5 mill CBS would not exist. Personally I think it should go down the same tubes it sent Ghost Whisperer to. It won’t hurt me one bit if CBS disappeared altogether, it should go to the other side and lets face it, it would end up with the shadows cause that is where greed belongs. Loyalty to those who tune is and watch should be treated as importantly as your shareholders because without us little ppl you would not exist!

This was one of my favorite shows. I didnt even know it ended because there was no warning or clue in the show itself, all of a sudden it just stopped recording. I was truly dissapionted, because yes the viewers may have dropped but they wouldve come back. This show is amazing. They couldve gone so far with it!!! The LEAST they could do, IF they HAD to, was finished off and not cancel the show with such a CLIFFHANGER. Seriously though. It would be common certacy!!! Your truly,

This makes me sick. Ghost Whisper is my all time favorite. Every day I keep changing channels to find it. Never crossed my mind they would cancel it. It is an awesome show. And honestly how many times can we watch the show that took its place. Back on back episodes — ugh!!!!!!!. I had no problem watching back on back Ghost Whisper. Jennifer Love Hewitt needs to continue making more episodes, since she is the producer of her own show. This show to me is #1. I love this show. I can’t give you an ending of how Melinda should have ended her show, because it shouldn’t have ended. The show must go on. I love her cast and really look forward to each episode she makes. Hopefully, like it stated in the article above if CBS isn’t willing to keep the show on air, then NBC will take the show on so it can continue to air for any viewers who enjoy it.

I love the characters and how far melinda has gone. Even though the problems are not always relatable there is always a great moral to the episodes, not to mention melinda and jim’s relationship is so amazing. Hi. I agree with you all. I think they should make a season 6 and others seasons as well. CBS did a bad thing by canceling this show. Goes to show you that they don’t care about what we as viewers want. All they care about is themselves. I just found out about this series this last summer. I have watched every rerun that has played. There are many more people like me out there who have just found out about this show. I think that they should bring the show back with the same cast. I hope CBS reads this blog and knows how much they have let the viewers down.

this is so bull…i mean you can at least wrap the show up. i love ghost whisper. when charmed was canceled i looked for another show to get hooked on and ghost whisper was perfect. i mean medium is no where aven close to being as good as ghost whisper. please just bring it back. even if its just to wrap up all the loose ends. dont leave the show in the air with no answers.

I always got comfortable, after dinner and cleaning up, a long week of work and running my grandaughter to school and other activities,this was what I looked forward to. I love the Ghost Whisperer!! I have to agree with others in that the producers are making a huge mistake canceling this series! I would love to see another network pick it up, maybe a cable network would have the forsight to see what a great show this is and pick it up! I look forward to this show every season, and am very disappointed that the networks opt to keep low quality shows in favor of a decent show with high morals and low violence. This is one of the very few shows I turn on my television set for. Shame on these network producers for not knowing what they have when they have it.

I am very disappointed to hear of that Ghost Whisperer has been cancelled. The show was very wholesome even with it’s paranormal origins. It always had a deeper meaning or lesson to teach. Melinda’s charater displayed many traits of the kind and caring person that should be portrayed insted of the blood, guts and crime of today’s tv shows. I looked forward to the new season and faithfuly watched or set up my DVR for this show. It was the kind of quality that rivaled Touched by an Angel and that show had great ratings. I fear that the show did not get the attention and dedication towards proper promotion from the CBS executives and they are the real cause of the show’s poor viewership during the last season.

You are not checking who watches the reruns, etc.. My husband agrees that the network made a mistake. Why does the quality of a show not matter. Medium just does not come close to the quality of Ghost Whisperer.

Honestly it is unbelievable how Ghost Whisperer was cancelled. CBS couldn’t have even given them the closure of a final episode? And ABC, what did you really have to loose by signing them up for another session? Your network is horrific. You are at the bottom of the barrel. Maybe by taking them on and having Jennifer Love Hewitt’s direct and write the script, your network might have actually caught some attention. Way to blow that one ABC. Also CBS, (not that you’ll even read this) the show you should have cancelled is Medium. I would rather go looking for some ghost myself then watch that predictable ridiculous show. Seriously, maybe your networks need to be cancelled.

There are not many shows that are family friendly on Friday nights. My children looked forward to the line up of Ghost Whisperer and Medium at the end of a long week. We really wish there would be a good ending to the long running series, at least one more season. I am not sure if the actresses or actors made a decision but my family and myself would love to see a station please pick up at least a final seasonor more. Plus we don’t agree that Medium should be cancelled either. At least this was a good and clean family Friday night.

Please, please, please I sincerly hope that these comments are being read. Ghost Whisperer was an amazing show and one can tell. It was one of my favorite shows ever. The plots were always suspensful and exciting. The characters were all extremely relatable on one level or another. Not to mention, it had a important message, and contained context that everyone has felt at one time. I hope that there is some vote to bring it back. I feel the show ended so quickly, some closure would be great.
