Inspired by the book series by Vicki Iovine, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce follows self-help guru Abby McCarthy (Lisa Edelstein). As she starts to navigate life as a middle-aged single woman, Abby turns to her new divorced friends for advice. Other performers include Janeane Garofalo, Beau Garrett, Alanna Ubach, Necar Zadegan, Paul Adelstein, J. August Richards, C. Thomas Howell, Julianna Guill, Michael Weaver, and Charles Mesure.
