Happy Town: Watch the Last Two Episodes of the Cancelled Show

Happy TownHappy Town revolves around a bunch of strange disappearances and murders in a small town. The large cast includes Sam Neill, M.C. Gainey, Geoff Stults, Lauren German, Amy Acker, Steven Weber, Ben Schnetzer, Sarah Gadon, Jay Paulson, and Robert Wisdom.

After a disappointing premiere in the ratings, Happy Town was pulled off the airwaves for most of May sweeps. Before the show returned on June 2nd, ABC officially cancelled the TV show. Only eight episodes were filmed but at least answers to some of the TV show’s mysteries will be revealed by the end.

Unfortunately, ABC pulled the show off the air once again and left fans hanging as to when the final two episodes would air. Well, the network has released both episodes and you can watch them below.

What do you think? Are you in any way satisfied by these final two episodes?

Really?! Really ABC? I hate you so much… Why cancel a show that actually has substance and not just mindless chatter about who’s dating who and who gives a fuck about what else! The entire time this show aired I was fearful that they were going to cancel on the sole fact that this show was good. I’m just so happy that Harper’s Island didn’t get canceled, though I’m not sure what channel it aired on. That show was the balls… kinda like this one.
So I’m confused btw, is it like the Magic Woman now or what? Sadly, that isn’t quite as catchy nor does it have any songs to go with it…

No wonder I don’t watch ABC anymore, every time a decent show comes along, they cancel it before it can even get started. Hopefully FOX or SyFy will pick this one up, because at least it had an intriguing story line. Reality TV sucks!!! We need more mystery/suspense television. Maybe they will release a DVD with more episodes so we can at least get some resolution. These last two unaired episodes were great, but they left me wanting more!!! ABC is going to end up folding if this is how they treat their viewing audience. Let’s start a boycott.

Get rid of the stupid pointless reality shows and when you start a good mystery show or series at least finish it. To leave a cliffhanger that is never answered is just frustrating to the faithful watchers. Then the major stations wonder why they lose watchers to the cable channels when we get fed up with more unfulfilled promises of a series at least coming to a conclusion before they pull the plug.

I WASN’T AT ALL PLEASED THAT YOU GUYS CANCLED HAPPY TOWN. I FOUND OUT I COULD WATCH THE 2 LAST FILMING. WHILE I ENJOYED THEM THERE WAS A LOT OF UNANSWERED QUESTIONS AND THAT ENDING CLIFF HANGER—-COME ON PEOPLE DO NOT LET IT HANG THERE.THIS WAS A VERY GOOD MYSTERY SHOW; WE REALLY NEED MORE LIKE IT. PLEASE BRING HAPPY TOWN BACK. THE ACTORS WERE VERY GOOD. SCOUNDRELS IS ALSO A GREAT SHOW. ARE YOU PEOPLE BRAIN DEAD OR WHAT? UGH TO ALL THE SO CALLED REALITY SHOWS. HOW ABOUT GIVE US SOME MORE HAPPY TOWN & SCOUNDERLS—SOME REAL ENTERTAINMENT.

Those were awesome but still so many questions. BRING IT BACK. I don’t care which network. Maybe SYFY would do it.

Not happy with the ending….too many questions are unanswered. They should continue Happy Town. I agree with others…there are too many reality TV shows.
One other comment … why is the background music soooo loud on some of the TV shows. You can’t hear what the people are saying, just all the loud music. It is ridiculous. You almost have to be a lip reader to keep up on the story line.

What’s up with ABC ending shows with no closure what so ever?! They cancelled Kyle XY the same way- with MORE unanswered questions than this show. I don’t watch very many shows on ABC, and I don’t think I will start any more. I’m ok with a show having to be cancelled, but don’t just end it with no closure. LAME!

Finally a show with some substance and ABC pulls the plug!!! No wonder FOX is my preferred station. The brains behind ABC needs a lobotomy!!

The abrupt ending of Happy Town certainly did NOT make me happy. They should have just called it a miniseries, ran it for the episodes during the summer when everybody else was running reruns, and actually, possibly, kept their audience, aka US, watching instead of fuming over what new bonehead ideas they come up with. Burn us too many times and you wonder why people are flocking to the cable channels instead!

Well I didn’t learn my lesson with the abrupt cancelation of Happy Town and having to watch the last two episodes on line. It looks like ABC has just canceled “Scoundrels”, my favorite summer replacement show, and left on the godawful “The Gates” that follows it. Why couldn’t they keep “Scoundrels” and cancel “The Gates” instead if they felt the need to destroy a TV show? To add insult to injury they left Scoundrels with a cliffhanger ending.

Who the hell will be watching reruns of “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” they put in it’s place? Is ABC brain-dead or maybe the Neilson families that rate TV shows? Canceled after only 8 episodes, I may join the majority and boycott ABC altogether. Maybe another network will pick up this fantastic show along with Happy Town!
