In fact, I'm so hard up for Home Improvement I wouldn't mind seeing Al with his own spin-off, using of course, the same set and dynamics etc. It would be great if Al (Richard Karn) now was the host of Tool Time and he, in turn, had a new side-kick.

The bottom line is that Home Improvement was much more than just Tim Allen...he was good, but the entire cast made it great. I truly believe the concept was so good, more can be done with it, even after all these years.

Will someone please call up Richard Karn and set this up. And, if we are really lucky "Last Man Standing" will flop, as it should, and Tim can come home where he belongs.

Sharon...I absolutely agree with you. Home Improvement was my favorite show of all time; it made me feel really good and it had a certain charm and warmth that I have found nowhere else. I do not expect to find that kind of charm and chemistry again.

I too, had hoped Tim Allen would reunite the old cast, except for the late Earl Hindman, and carry on for years to come. It was such a great concept and they had such great chemistry, unlike his new show "Last Man Standing".

I absoluetly loved home improvement and was so heart broken when it ended. I continue to watch the reruns and enjoy them time and time again. Kudos to the makers of this fantastic sitcom. I would like to see a continuing sauga with the same people in it.
I also thought it would be nice if there was something like Al and Tim owning/partners with the hardware store. Kids are grown so there would be appearances from them but Jill would still be a big part. They decided to keep their home in Detroit and Wilson is still the neighbour.
I certainly would be one huge fan of the new sitcom as I am totally a fan of the home improvement sitcom.
