In this dramatic thriller, Gabriel Vaughn (Josh Holloway) is a high-tech intelligence operative who’s been enhanced with a super-computer microchip in his brain. He’s the first human ever to be connected directly into the global information grid and have complete access to Internet, WiFi, telephone, and satellite data. He can hack into any data center and access key intelligence in the fight to protect the United States from its enemies.

Leading the elite government cyber-security agency that was created to support him is Director Lillian Strand (Marg Helgenberger). She’s a straightforward and efficient boss who oversees the unit’s missions.

Director Strand assigns Secret Service Agent Riley Neal (Meghan Ory) to protect Gabriel from outside threats — as well as from his appetite for reckless, unpredictable behavior and disregard for protocol.

Also on the team is Chris Jameson (Michael Rady), a resourceful federal investigator. Doctor Shenendoah Cassidy (John Billingsley) is the brains behind the design of Gabriel’s chip. His son Nelson (P.J. Byrne) is jealous of Gabriel’s prominent place in his father’s life.

As the first supercomputer with a beating heart, Gabriel is the most valuable piece of technology the country has ever created and is the US’s secret weapon.

There are far worse shows that have no business taking up valuable time on TV. Particularly those ridiculous “reality” shows.
Bring back “Intelligence”. It was quite entertaining. We all looked forward to each week’s episodes.

I know it doesn’t do any good posting this but. This show should not be canceled great acting and story line. Was looking forward to the new season.

  3. John says

Glad to see this show go. First 2 or 3 shows were okay, but after that very lame! Didn’t do nothing for me. Same old things week after week. Now take off ALL of these reality shows.

Please reconsider – I have many friends who think the same

man the people who make those choices to cancel good shows are stupid that was a show i stayed up late for and really enjoyed it was really looking forward for it to come back and i agree those reality shows suck at least intelligence was dealing with science and possible tech stuff even my wife and daughter loved the show to bad the people at cbs were to stupid and i mean really stupid to realize it .

Love the show!! They had CSI Miami in that slot for at least 4-5 years and it was never any good. Don’t take off a good show just when it is getting started. With all the stations, networks, internet tv and such available now ratings may never been what they once were. Give it time for the show to develop a following and boast how good it is to friends and family so others will start watching!

  9. Arlene says

Do not cancel this show. It deserves a second season. Cancel one of the ridiculous reality show, I will never watch one. I really enjoyed the science behind this show.

This is crazy. The show has an outstanding cast and great story line. I just looked through some of the shows that were kept and could not believe that Intelligence was on the chopping block. This cancellation shows a huge lack of Intelligence.
