Sad Kyle XY news. Though the show has been a big success for ABC Family for most of its run, the network has decided to cut Kyle XY short after three seasons and 43 episodes. Understandably the TV show’s many fans are very upset about the cancellation and are hoping that the series can continue in some way.
Though it’s very rare that fan campaigns can change a network executive’s mind, it can happen. Recently, the executive producer of Friday Night Lights said he believes the show has survived in large part because NBC has recognized the passion of its audience. If nothing else, Kyle XY fans are certainly passionate. We’ve created this page to keep track of the ways that viewers can show support for Kyle XY.

Essentially, the most important thing to a network is for as many as possible 18-49 viewers. The more that watch, the more money the network can charge for their advertising. Watch every episode on TV — live, if possible — and encourage others to do the same. Perhaps one of them is secretly a Nielson family!
Write the network
Express your passion for the show but be respectful and polite. Everyone responds best to courtesy. E-mails are nice but personal snail-mail is even better. Some fans are sending packages of Sour Patch Kids while others are sending postcards with “Viz Allati” (from season two) written on them.

ABC Family, Please don’t cancel KYLE XY. There are millions of fans around the world who LOVE the show and are fighting for it to stay on the air. You have Petition signers around the world, Many don’t speak English. Hopefully you have people who can read their countries language’s. There are many people who have to watch it on their computers because they don’t get it in their countries. Some said they went and bought computers just to watch KYLE XY. Family and friends gather together to watch the show like families who used to sit down at the dinner table to discuss the high lights of the day and bond. Well KYLE XY does that for us. We all watch it and we laugh and we cry with them and sit on the edge of our seats in excited suspense, then we all discuss what happened and wonder what is going to happen next and can’t wait from wk. to wk. season to season to find out. But we kind of got lost last season wondering if and when it was going to return after it was on hiatus so long due to the writers strike and your lack of properly advertising the show to let us know if and when it was returning bringing a drop in the rating’s but more started watching again this season as word spread and the story lines just keep getting better. By the way the writers for KYLE XY are brilliant!!! It’s loved world wide by people of all age demographics. I really hope that you will see that with everything the Fans are doing to save KYLE XY you will listen to our hearts and give us our wish. You won’t be disappointed the ratings will go up as families and friends all around the world. If not we’re mailing Letters and Petition’s toSciFi and other Network’s at this time asking that they pick it up for us. Hope it’s you! THANK YOU Just 1 of the Million’s KYLE XY Fan’s. GOD SPEED!!!

Kyle XY is the best show on ABC family and i’m so sad that it was not picked up for a 4th season. I remember when the 1st season ended and I had to wait like 7 months for season 2. I killed me, but the wait was worth it. I don’t get why ABC Family does not want Kyle XY!
please, this show is to good not to have back. and right now, the plot is moving along so quickly its not doing the character justice.

This is a truly unique show, like everything in life it moves in waves and cutting it in the middle is not the way to go. All of us in the office watch it, I know many who rate it as one of the top 5 fav shows these past years. Please reconsider and give Kyle XY another chance.

i have been watching this show faithfully since the first season. i will go crazy if this show is cancelled. kyle is better than most of the shows on abc family. DO NOT CANCEL IT! i love kyle xy, it is one of my favorite shows. before giving up, try switching the times to get the proper demographic.
