The first TV show of the season to be cancelled, Made in Jersey, is returning to CBS — for a little while anyway.
The low-rated legal drama aired on two Friday nights before CBS lowered the boom. The network has now decided to burn off at least some of the remaining episodes on Saturday nights. Right now, they’ve scheduled the third (“Wingman”) and fourth (“Payday”) installments of Made in Jersey for November 24th and December 1st at 8pm. You can read descriptions here.
The network hasn’t announced their schedule plans beyond the 1st nor do we know how many episodes were actually produced. CBS ordered 13 episodes but production may have shut down before filming was completed. We’ll have to wait and see.
What do you think? Will you be tuning in on Saturday nights to watch Made in Jersey? Would you consider buying the series on DVD?

Wife and I love, watching it together. Hope they reconsider axing it. It’s a great show..
Great show. Great actors. Fantastic entertainment. You’d be crazy to cancel this show. Also very educational.
I have enjoyed Made in Jersey. Have watch all episodes, Cant understand why CBS cancelled this program. I have watch the Saturday night programing and hope they continue. Would be interested and buy dvd
don’t cancel i love this show
Great start. Smart television. Give it a chance.
I also think it is one of the better shows. Why can’t you give it a chance?
I would watch it any night of the week. You don’t have to worry about
language or sex and that is great. Just a clean show.
I really enjoy the show – have been watching the all the ones they have broadcast in November and December. I hope that CBS reconsiders – it seems like tv shows don’t get a chance to prove themselves nowadays.
I really love this show. I hope CBS reconsiders and keeps it.
I really don’t want this show to end so soon. The cast are phenomenal, especially Janet Montgomery. I wish CBS would reconsider its decision. I will look for the series on dvd.
Yes. I really like the show.
Yes I would buy a DVD
I love this show. They just have to keep it going.
Love the show and it sucks that CBS is canceling it. The last episode about football and concussions was well done. The characters are deepening more with the mom getting involved with the paycheck snafu and I loved Martina’s face when she saw how much her paycheck was!
YES! I liked the series and was sad to see it go, but it did need a bit more oomph to it;
better story lines. But, I did enjoy it! It sure beats watching those dreaded SURVIVAL and VOICE type shows, which are simply AWFUL.
I think it’s one of the better new shows on television this year. Beats the heck out of all the inane “reality” shows. I’m with you Erin and hope another network will pick it up. Perhaps one of the many cable channels which seem to have better programing anyway.
