magic city canceled or renewed?Last year, Magic City was renewed for another season before the series even premiered. The ratings ended up being poor so one has to wonder if the Starz execs regretted that decision. Will it be cancelled or renewed for season three? We’ll have to wait and see.

Magic City airs on Friday nights and there are eight episodes once again. The show’s cast includes Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Olga Kurylenko, Steven Strait, Jessica Marais, Christian Cooke, Elena Satine, Dominik Garcia-Lorido, Taylor Blackwell, and Danny Huston.

    Please renew this show! I just watched both seasons in less than 36 hours! One of my favorite shows to date. Lets hope the show being put on netflix will allow for a third season.

    Pls renew. I love Miami in all it’s glory !! Why did my parents move here… B/c it was such a beautiful place .. Please reconsider , it is an amazing show!

    I Love This Show! I was hoping that Starz would make a lot more than 8 episodes a year. What could they replace it with? It might help if you’d advertise more and charge less for your channel. I love all the characters and the actors who play them. Why can’t you get a distributor? Why don’t you cut the budget a little bit and keep them on longer?

    Great show, excellent depiction of the era. I feel magic city was getting better with each episode. I hope starsz reverses it’s decision.

    I can’t believe it is cancelled. Great show ? Would another network choose to pick it up?
    Hopefully the story will continue.

    can’t believe that a show of this calibre is cancelled after 2 seasons………there is so much more to tell………….perhaps A&E or AMC could pick up a 3rd season?
