I guess from what I have read that some of the actors want to move on from Merlin and I get this but like so many people have said it is the first series done in a long time in good taste. A show that could have been shown at 8:00 for the entire family to watch. I really hate to see it leave , I keep hoping they will figure a way to keep it on, bring it back on an earlier in the evening . This show as far as I am concerned could have been on prime time here even in the US

Why is SyFy not airing the next episode of Merlin until May 3rd. What’s wrong with them?

For the past two weeks I have been watching merlin on netflix. Sadly season 5 has to yet to come out onto netflix. So I set out to see if it is free on the tv channel’s website and read of this. My opinion it seems to be more to the story then one season could give. I’ve yet to see season 5 but from I see there is still a lot to tell. Expecially if Arthur still yet to see Merlin for who he really is. This upsets me because I was looking forward to Arthur eventually seeing his best, truest, loyal ally was as of a young warlock. I think Merlin needs to be revived and quickly. I’ve never been into a tv series as great as this one is. Please bring Merlin back!

So sad to see it go. There’s something wonderful about the interactions of the characters in this show. I rewatch old epidodes on Netflix all the time. I hope they change their minds and bring it back or create a spin off so we can see arthur n merlin’s continued story.

I was very disappointed to hear the show was being canceled. Merlin is one of the only tv prog. I looked forward to watching every week. I have not seen all of the episodes yet, but I know the story doesn’t end well. The creators of the show had talked about a 6th season but then, at the last minute, they said it’s over. Abruptly canceling the series is bad enough, but giving it a tragic ending makes it even worse, like having a rug pulled out from under you. I know it’s just a tv show, but it is rather depressing.

I think the show still has life in it and could go on just like Stargate-SG1 or Star Trek, but not if they have to change the original cast. I can’t see anyone else playing Merlin or Arthur. Colin and Bradley are perfect.

We wish fore more season. The end was good but it feels like it is just the beginning . We as fans need more now. Arthur has to return and have the knowledge who his friend merlin are. And in a twist it will be arthur that now have to save merlin. They will always continue to help eatch other and with helps from merlin they can now start a journey to get rid of evil magic.
