I love the characters in Merlin. The show really works because of them plus the plot is OK for young kids as well as this “young” kid of 70 years! Bring it back.

You must do more seasons of Merlin. Fantastic story with drama, romance & humor is just the best you can have in an ongoing show. After each episode we can hardly wait for the next to see how Arthur and Merlin solve their next problem. There is a lot of moral character in this series. It’s just a really great series and will be very sad to see it stop!!!!!!!

I so want it to be a season 6 of Merlin… They could come back with a plot of Arthur rising again from the death or something. Please do season 6, I shed so many tear from season 5 ep.13; I know merlin is now at an old age but he could be the new gaius or whatever. I’m pretty the producers and writers of the show can think of something… DON’T GIVE UP ON MERLIN SEASON 6!!

It’s a shame to cancel a nice wholesome show, my children can watch, no body’s in bed, no one talking about boobs, some of the things I see on two & a half men, two broke girls, how I meet your mother, some of these shows are so nasty they not even funny any more because they really crossed over the decent line, people today does not know to live with out trowing a boob line or penis, this is not funny anymore

I think the time slot was bad. A lot of people liked it but Friday night for young people is a time to go let your hair down. We old folks like it too. But our hair has been let down till it starts to fall out. Sorry to see Merlin go not to many shows with good bones anymore.

I LOVE the Merlin series. Myself and I’m sure many others are sick to death of these stupid so-called reality shows. In all my years I have NEVER seen so many stupid shows and low class trashy people. But with Merlin you find you remember the “magic” throughout your life. I will truly miss this show, and hope they reconsider and not end it. There are many more people than they know that watch and enjoy Merlin.

I love that show and looked forward to seeing it on Friday Nights. Now for the last two weeks I can’t find it. Guess it was pulled already. That is way toooooo bad.

I think the last comment was right; the problem was that the show came at the end of an evening of stuff that no one wanted to watch. In fact, there’s hardly been any good programming from the Sci-fi channel lately. Adding vampires and werewolves does not keep a soap from being a soap, and that other show is a lot more about sexual titillation than sci-fi. I don’t watch either of them; they’re adolescent crap. Continuum and Merlin is the only thing that I have any interest in watching since Warehouse 13 wrapped up last season, and the writing was iffy for that. And the movies suck; you’d think a quality science fiction movie had never been made. With only 1 or two programs worth watching, who is going to keep up with them except those of us who are serious fans?

I watched the final season of Merlin last night . I enjoyed watching it but it was sad when
Merlin lost his magic but ganed them back and Aurther comes to his death at the end , but Morgana got her just deserves at the end . I love watching Merlin from beginning to
end . It sad that such a great series come to and end . It’s worth seeing and i’d watch it over again .

katie March 23, 2013 at 10:12 pm

Please bring back Merlin , with all the viewers you would think they would
continue the program. I will miss it
Go ahead with season 6

Kim Spencer March 23, 2013 at 9:39 pm

My son and I love the show and will hate to see it come to an end.

Again! The Networks Executives prove they don’t have a clue, and they just don’t care. They allow the viewing audience to get deeply invested in a Great show…and then they go and do a Stupid thing! They yank the show: cancel it. Perhaps they should try a Friday night line up of shows for Syfy viewers…like they’ve done in the past. Like adding Lost Girl and Being Human as lead-ins to Merlin on Friday nights. Get RID of the WWF! Put it on Saturday nights instead. I wished I was the Syfy Network president in charge of Programing, Friday night’s would be glorious again…like in the days of STARGATE SG1.

Joy Carter April 13, 2013 at 4:38 am

They have also messed with the ghost shows like Ghost Hunters Syfy you are not so big. We can quit watching and if we can not find our programs why watch?
