I really like Merlin, I also like how he uses his magic to protect Arthur and also he defeats the Lady Morgana. So, I was really forward to bringing back the show.

My husband and I look forward to watching Merlin every week. Please bring it back. The show is great. Better than the new programs that is on. My husband doesn’t watch syfy novies, but he loves Merlin. Arther can be reborn at Babalon. Merlin’s job isn’t over. They were suppose to join Camalot and Babalon under Arther’s ruling. Please tell them to keep up the great work.. PLEASE.

I was a big fan of Merlin. The acting was great.the scenery fantastic, special effects
were awesome and then they cancel it.I would like to hear what the reason is
from the big shots why it was canceled. I know I won’t hear from them.

I love this show! Our whole family have been fans from the beginning.

The ending was horrible. I wanted to see what Camelot looked like under the rule of an enlightened and accepting King Arthur. Are you planning a modern sequel?? That’s the only conclusion I can come to for the very odd modern day ending. Perhaps Arthur is needed again and arises from the dead??

I have to say that I was ecstatic to see Morganna meet her end! Finally Excaliber had a purpose in the show. None of us can figure out the casting of Guinevere thigh. That remains a mystery too…

I am so disappointed that Merlin will no longer be aired…nothing but crap on TV and I so looked forward to Friday night to watch the adventures of Merlin. There is so much reality crap on TV I’m beginning to wonder if it is worth paying almost $ 100.00 a month to be disappointed. What is it with all this reality crap…have the movie producers gotten so cheap that they have to go fishing for a stupid show like Honey Boo Boo?….give me a break. Bring Merlin back! I do not like the way it ended and I am very sad that the only show I looked forward to watching has now been taken off the air and replaced by stupid sitcoms or reality shows. If you don’t give the viewers something to watch soon ….TV may become a thing of the past like CD’S and Books being fased out! What is next? If you want to get rid of some shows …try those stupid shows that are airing on SyFy now or a dozen different other stations. Better yet dump all the sports programs your broadcasting companies force folks to include in their cable packages and of course pay for.

Looks to me like with the ending as it was-they kinda opened the doors to a new begining for Melin and their writers=I smell a present day Merlin in the making!

It was just the best on t.v., there is nothing else like, the actors pulled in in to watch every week. I am going to miss it more than family!

I loved the show. I hated the ending. it was wrong in every way. I can’t even enjoy the old episodes and revisit them. This sucked. I really wanted to see at least one season of Merlin and Arthur working together with the secret revealed.

Since I had previously read who dies on this site, I skipped the last few episodes. I did tape the last 15 minutes of the finale. The ending was even worse than I had anticipated. The very end with Merlin walking in today’s England was beyond lame. Whoever wrote this script should be horsewhipped and forced to watch Dr Phil reruns 24/7 until their eyes bleed. A truly, truly excreable ending to what had been a very entertaining show.

I really enjoyed the show and hate that it is ending. I wish they would change their mind and at least give it another season.

The Sci-Fi channel is really getting starting to lose it. They cancel something that has nearlty 1.5 million viewers – that doesn’t matter – what I do not understand the channel pumps money into these low budget stupid sfi-fi movies that I can’t stand watching, but cancels a hits series like this. I am beginning to think that monkeys are doing the programming at the Sci-Fi channel now. Come on Sci-Fi stop cancelling great series !

Please don’t let this show end here. I am 62 years old and have loved it for years. I’ve watched many soap operas that bring normal humans back from dead several times. Please bring the same Arthur back and the same Merlin at his age. They were all great. You have just got to continue on–you can’t end it this way!!! Arthur was not set on fire–an arm came up and I know Arthur is older later, but if he gets older, you can still use the same actors! He did do an awfully well acted and “make-up” for the dying, but please don’t end it here!!!

This is a British show so SyFy had nothing to do with the decision to cancel it. They are just the U.S. distributor.
