This is one show that it makes no sense to cancel, despite little to no advertising this show is still gathering followers despite filming only one season nearly three years ago. I don’t get much time to sit down and watch tv, and for the most part I don’t find this too much of a hardship given the amount of second rate drivel that seems to be on recently. Moonlight though is the one show that I make the effort to find the time to watch and I greatly lament the lack of awareness displayed by CBS in cancelling this show. I for one would love to see it brought back. Come on CBS listen to the public for once and give us what we want!

I can’t say that I dislike Twilight because that would be a bold face lie but I LOVE Moonlight and would be very upset if a season 2 was not aired!!!!! Please CBS… Listen to the fans and I’m pretty sure you won’t regret it!

Love the programme. Good story lines, and an exceptional cast. Play the parts very well. Surely the number of veiwers watching the programme reflec how good the programme is. If not then I can only suggest the time and advertising isn’t thiught out well.Puts twightlight to shame ! !

I agree with all the fans…..Nothing could make me sit down,every night at the same time in front of the TV..EVER ,But this beautiful story,….Yes,there are other vampire stories on air,But they do not have that “special tuch”…….Moonlight is absolutely different…I agree,give it a chance,….So much left in it,…..Or find an other alternative to continue the story for us!!!I still prefer SEASON TWO,….!!!!…or make it into a movie,…take your pick at CBS…After all you are the professionals,…
Do you think they will do a poll on this????..Well,to be stylish…they “turned us”!!!Now they should take care of us!!!….

especially between Mick and Beth… and I can’t believe.. the second season has been cancelled.. what wrong with you guys.. its such love stories…

I completely agree with you! I just can’t wait! My dad thinks I’m crazy that I screamed of this possibility. I love Moonlight. That doesn’t even cover it! I have seen other Vampire shows, but Moonlight really has that subconcious grab on you. Even someone who doesn’t like vampire shows, once they see it, something tells them it is good and they are hooked. (This happened to me and another friend.) Like I said before on another post, I have only seen one episode. I’m waiting until thursday to see it again. The drama must go on! I mean they could get so much out of it! Like ideas for episodes. I can’t wait until they bring it back. I’m just wishing that all original cast members come back as well.

I totally fell in love with the Moonlight series and i can’t believe they didn’t continue it something that good to not to be continued when the whole time the story stays great there is alittle bit of everything in it blood , lust ,love and action what the hell made them not want to continue this awesome story now is the perfect time to get back on the ball with this especially now when everyone is vampire crazy what with (The Vampire Diaries ,True Blood and ofcourse the whole Twilight thing going on ??? It would be nuts not to get back to it !! You have these crappy series going on all the time not to mention any but everyone knows a few that just go on and on and on then you have this one and you stop after one season i don’t think it was ever really marketed enough for people to know about it but i know for sure that it would be a hit !! PLEASE bring us more MOONLIGHT !!

I loved Moonlight. Even after it won the People’s Choice award, CBS still canceled it. The acting was good, the characters were interesting and I love some of the storylines. While I love the Vampire Diaries too, there’s room for both shows IMHO. I sincerely hope it is given a chance, because I think if given the opportunity for people to actually see the show, it would be a hit. I know Alex is suppose to do Hawaii Five O, but I’d stick with this one if I were him (and assuming he’s given that choice).

I LOVE Moonlight and so does my little brother. I really hope that CBS takes it on because the show is just absolutely amazing. It’s way better than that stupid Vampire Diaries. Moonlight is original and is nothing like the Twilight saga [which I do love]. Moonlight is not just about romance, it also has a little bit of CSI which makes it unique.

Moonlight was a wonderful and the most enjoyable show to watch. the more i watched it, the more was hooked. Humans get hungry for food, i was hungry for MOONLIGHT.
I found the t.v to top better than all these new VAMPIRE series, movies showing now. it definately beats Vampire Diaries and Twilight – New Moon.
Roles were played outstandingly a well done, please we would love to see a season 2.

I just finished watching Season 1 of Moonlight on DVD and I really liked it. I am disappointed CBS canceled it without giving it a second season to work out some of the little kinks and possibly develop the characters more to enable the writers to create more meaningful plot threads. I hope some other network picks it up, I believe it has a lot of potential so bring it back!!!

OK. I gave Three Rivers a try! Even with Alex O! ….the show is FORGETTABLE! Just a PALE IMPERSONATION of every other hospital/dr/medical show that’s ever been!! Nothing exciting about it!! So, NOW can you put MOONLIGHT BACK ON??!! ALEX is an EXCITING actor w/GREAT ABILITY and CHARISMA!! And MOONLIGH would DIFINITELY DRAW ON the TWILIGHT/TRUEBLOOD phenom!! I KNOW you’ve been hearing about ALL THE “COUGARS” WHO ARE WATCHING AND LOVING THEM!!! You guys hop on EVERY OTHER BANDWAGON, ie: reality tv! Why not this one! At LEAST my friends and I would WATCH MOONLIGHT! I stopped watching Survivor after the 1st season!! Reality tv got BORING REAL FAST!! I DON’T WATCH IT AT ALL NOW!! Bring Moonlight Back. It is a great show and I know a lot of people that watched it and loved it and would watch it again. And if you aren’t going to bring it back then stop re-playing Season 1 because it justs makes me want to watch it even more. I LOVE the show and it could get really good. BRING IT BACK! I am so sick of reality TV. I have enough reality in my life. I watch Vampire Diaries but it doesn’t come anywhere near Moonlight in my top list of shows. Please please please bring it back.

I guess these so called executives don’t want an award winning, already having a huge following of fans, incredible show for their own. I guess they think the garbage they’re spewing out now is good enough. ANOTHER “reality” show or a remake of a show from 10 – 20 years ago? Really? Gee, that’s original. Moonlight has it all, it covers so many areas of interest, passion, lust, power, intelligence, life, work, friendship you name it. The actors couldnt have been better.
