Netflix Orders Four Live-Action Marvel Series, Mini-Series

Marvel television TV seriesNetflix has made a multi-year deal with Marvel Television to develop four new live-action TV shows that are based on four of their “street-hero” characters — Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage. They’ll all be set in Hell’s Kitchen in New York.

Under the agreement, Marvel will produce 13 episodes of each series. They will lead into a mini-series event called The Defenders which will bring the heroes together as “a dream team of self-sacrificing, heroic characters.”

    All these superheroes getting film time, where is my proper Doctor Strange?

    And not that nicer version they did for the animated film, I want full-on jerk Doctor Strange.
