ABC only giving the show four episodes and then such a long waiting period for the rest of the episodes, made it harder for viewers to know information about when it would be on again. I think more viewers would have tuned into the second season if they were better informed. ABC viewing rates for October Road was the stations own fault. October Road was truly a different type of TV show.

Yes, for crying out loud bring this show back – It was a show that you didnt have to worry about your kids being in the room or not. I enjoyed the craziness of each characters life syle and not to mention how can you leave us hanging like this. BRING IT BACK…….

Ok, my 2 cents worth for all it will do to have ABC bring this show back. YES, bring it back. It was light and easy and good to see “middle America” with problems, too..we got to KNOW the characters, their foibles, problems, love, hate..it was emotional without being sappy, draining and cliche’ lines. Why is it people would rather watched staged shows where you know EXACTLY what will happen before it does (IE: reality shows) then a simple, sometimes close to home program? And, how does Super Nanny fix her charges problems in 1 week?? I find that VERY hard to believe!! Regardless, this is my take on the whole ABC situation and and other broadcasting stations that takes off good, clean, shows for trash shows..SO THERE ABC!! BRING BACK OCTOBER ROAD..it is within your means to do so..I really don’t give a poop about ratings..it only means $$ to the big wigs and they make enough..with stock shares et al..Give some comfort to YOUR AUDIENCE, otherwise we may stop watching TV altogether. Even movies are poopy lately..I would almost rather play computer games now than watch the poop on TV..BRING BACK OCTOBER ROAD AND KEEP IT REAL AS IT WAS!! Thanks

I want to know who the kids father is already ! ! It’s killing me ! Is it Eddy or Nick !?
Do they get married, or do her and Ray breakup and her and Nick in some way get together in the end?! Because they belong together, you can just see it in the way they look at eachother and everything ! Rays a jerk.
Does Eddy forgive Janet or does he leave her for his ex girlfriend Rory again ?!
I want to know ! ): I just watched every show in the past two days and I’m left with questions because nobody bothered to atleast give out the endings! ! Thats bullshit, I HATE TV and the one show I absolutely love and always came home to watch, just magically disappeared. It’s killing me now that I’ve recently just watched all the shows and realized they really never did show the ending. Sucks !

I just got done readying the book “Home For Christmas” by Nora Roberts and it was almost a T to the Tv show October Road, only the book gave us an ending. Was the TV show based off the book? If not then someone needs to do some digging because someone stold the story from Nora. The book and Movie are almost exact.

I know that i am probably jut one of many fans. But i come from a small country where only the greatest shows are performed. And i must say, i was so happy when i discovered that i have my favorite show. And that was OCTOBER ROAD. I never in my life feel such emotions by looking a series. The music, the story. the cast. God you made the best show ever in my life. And now, i addmit i am sad. The best show ands just like that. Do you even know, how good is OCTOBER ROAD. You should give it a chance. And us a hope, to see more and more series of it.

I really loved this show as well as What about brian, I wish that they were both still on. I really got into both and then was let down. This also happened with American Dreams. It just doesn’t make sense how so many cop shows can stay on at one time and all the reality tv (that really isn’t reality)!! I loved this show and wish it would come back…..people will watch!

What a mistake your network is making. How rare is it that a show can pull you into the very lives of it’s characters and make you feel as if you were a part of it all. This was the only show that I actually looked forward to watching. Please bring it back. If poor ratings were supposedly to blame, then it is the networks fault for these screwy airings. Give the viewers more of what they want…..more Nick , Hannah and the October Road Crew. This show tugs at your heart…let it tug at yours!

Don’t take it off the air. I can’t find many shows that are any good right now. I have not missed a single episode of October Road. The show is great for all ages, Sam’s first crush, stupid fun things we did together as teens, the things we regret (done and not done,said and not said), and knowing it’s never too late. Oh, and never trust a snake (like Big Cat). We need this show. This is one of those shows that cross the generation gap. Give it a chance!!!

I have really looked forward to each week being able to watch this show. Tell me why that when something comes on that a family can watch or younger people get into, or each word that comes out of their mouth isn’t a cus word you want to pull it. But you can bet that if it had people cursing each word or every other and had to change channels for those of us that want a show that is decent enough that children can watch, there wouldn’t be no thought about pulling it. I watch ABC almost exclusively, but I am getting really tired of getting into a new show only to watch it disappear. ABC should care more for its audience than it does. I like October Road, What about Brian, Men in Trees, but it’s not easy to stay loyal when it’s aired sporadically. If ABC continues this strategy, they are going to cure me of my TV habit.
