i love watching passions.i miss it dearly because it was the one show i always looked foward to watching everyday.when i heard about the move to direct tv i was devastaded.now everyday i remember those days i used to sit at home and watch passions tears come to my eyes. nbc SUCKS!!

What the heck???I paid a lot of money to get Passions on Direct TV and was told by Direct TV that Passions and it’s cast has a 2 year contract with Direct TV. Now I am stuck with a 2 yr contract with Direct TV when I had a bundle for a lot less with my cable service. Can Direct TV at least give us Passion reruns starting from day 1???
Please, I am so upset, I love the show, the cast and it feels like I just lost my best friend!

I refuse to ever watch nbc again, i have also watched passions from the beginning, and to switch it direct tv is ludicrous. I also cannot afford direct tv, so down with nbc. They suck big time.

I too have watched Passions since it began , i will miss it ..I have dishnetwork, not the other one , and i will not change ..it really hurts to miss a program that one has watched daily for over 8 years, yes at times it was quite silly , but it made my day ..sorry you chose to get rid of it , please let soap net pick it up …bye bye

AFTER ALL THESE YEARS, I CAN’T BELIEVE PASSIONS IS BEING CANCELLED. MY DAUGHTERS AND I COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN EVERYTHING SO WE CAN WATCH PASSIONS. Please, someway see that us folks who can’t afford direct tv will be able to view Passions. I think if is a great soap, I love the actors, I have been watching Passions from day one, and when I can’t be home at that time I tape it. Maybe you could put it on a higher channel, or later in the evening. Please rethink this move. Maybe you could put it on disk so we won’t miss out. Please !!!!Some way help us out.

i can’t believe that passions is moving to direct tv. i can’t afford it either and it is such a good show that i have been a fan of for years. NBC is losing a huge portion of viewers by moving this show. NBC has not lost me as a viewer, but i hate to see the show leave.

I think that passions is a good show and i hate to see passions move to direct tv because most people cant a forward direct tv and they have watched passions for eight years or a little over that and why should the people that cant a forward direct tv be lost out on their program just because of more exspenses for a different kind of cable just so that they can stay up to date on their programs and than the same thing may happen again when a new cable company or some other type of big tec comes out that they can be moved again and i hope to get to stay up to date on my program thank ya

I am Very Upset With NBC about losing passions.I will no longer watch channel NBC 12. They just lost me as a customer.How can they play a great show for eight years an then just give it to direct tv.There is a petition we can sign but it wont make a difference. I guess the network executives arent making enough money off of it to buy a few more mansions and cars.NBC just lost me and all of my friends too.

Directv is not that expensive I am on a fixed income and I have the basic package. I spend a lot of time watching TV. I am looking forward to Passions coming to Direct tv. Satellite Tv is a wise investment/

What are all of you Passions Fans doing? Do it now!!!!!!!!!

Get petitions to stop it from being moved to directv and send out the message to as many people as you can to stop people from watching Passions on Directv and this can decrease the ratings of passions on directv and help the show be put back on a regular station.

All of you passions fans, don’t sit around and complain, do something now.

I have watched Passions from day one and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I shall miss it terribly when it goes to DirecTV as we can’t get that. I certainly hope that we are still able to view missed episodes on the web. What a shame…I guess the fans don’t really count, only ratings and the money you get from commercials counts.

I am upset with the moving of passions. First they move as the world turns now this. I am not switching to satellite. Why aren’t they giving us a site that we can go to on line to watch the show?I am so sick of getting caught up in the interest of the soaps and then having them torn away from us. Why is Passions going to Directv? I am a passions fan myself and if it does move, I am going to miss watching them.

Not everyone has directv and because of it’s plan to move, there are going to be a lot of Fans who aren’t going to be able to watch them and that can cause lower Ratings.

I hope the ratings will go down when it does go to Directv because I hate the idea of the move.

Instead of you passions fans complaining, why not try to make out a lot of petitions to keep it on NBC. If that plan doesn’t work, then all of you Passions Fans should try to send out the message to stop as many Passions Fans from watching it on Directv.

I enjoy watching passions every day when I get home from work. It helps me unwind. Now that everything is starting to get interesting why cancel it now? I started watching it from the begining and I feel that we the loyal viewers should at least get some kind of ending so that we aren’t left hanging. I can’t afford to change to Direct TV either. At least condsider selling it to Soap Opera Network so we can still watch it. I hope you can work somthing out.

I have watched Pasions since the very first episode and now just because i don’t have direct tv because I live in an apartment building who doesn’t allow it, I can’t watch it any longer. This is so unfair to all of the dedicated fans who will no longer be able to watch. This was a bad idea on NBC’s part, everyone should be allowed to watch thier favorite soap regarless of wher you live or how much money you make.

It would be much better if NBC would just sell the show to Soap Opera Network then all the fans can watch it on either Direct or there cable network. Us faithful fans should not have to switch from our current cable company just to watch Passions. I watch it daily with my 4 year old son and he loves the show. I will love to continue watching it but I will not change over from my cable to Direct Tv. I sure hope the Big Bosses at NBC have a better plan are the show will be history soon becuase all the current fans that don’t have Direct are not going to change over just for one show. Well I must say I will really miss Passions. Hope someone out there with lots of $$$$ comes to the rescue and does something smart.

When I read in TV Guide you were DROPPING one of the Best Soaps I felt like my heart was Wripped right out !!! Apparently a few thousand of us members, means nothing, who enjoy the Soap, its refreshing & the cast is superb ! Its light hearted with fantasy & fun its not the typical rich family who are doctors & lawyers & do nothing all day. Besides the crew is young with hummar its appealing & yet has many twists. Everyone has differant taste & this is a Great Soap from all the rest that Boar Me !!! I tape the show ritually even when Im away on vaca, I calculate how much tape I have to record for while Im away. Its a show I live to watch. NOT ALL OF US CAN AFFORD TO CHANGE From our Basic Cable to Direct TV. I can handle Cable tv I have it but, Not Direct TV cant change everything I have to that programing ?! Your going to loose allot of Faithful viewers who watched Your Show FROM DAY ONE !!! NOW IS THAT ANYWAY TO TREAT YOUR LOYAL VIEWERS, I THINK NOT ?! ITS Selfish & Not well thought out !!! You are hurting allot of us who cant switch our cable programing !!! Sleep on it & tell me how you may feel in the morning living with the decission of wripping a show from people like taking a baby away from its mother, thats how WE all Feel !!! I already have a cable carrier and I don’t plan to get Direst TV so this saddens me that I will have to say goodbye to something that I enjoy so much. I will get a smile everyday as Days goes off and the Today Show comes on and I flip the channel to another network to watch something else. I don’t watch the first 3 hours of the Today Show so not wasting my time watching the 4th hour. There is just so much depressing news one person can take. I hope that Lifetime, Soap Net or Oxygen will pick it up so that I can watch it too. I do agree with Cindy about the gay storyline. If I hadn’t already been a huge fan it would have turned me off right away. I wish there was something we could do to keep it on NBC, change the time slot to 3 in the morning I will watch it or tape it. Please save Passions! What will I do without my Tabby, Endora and Theresa daily.

Well i love the show passions i watch it while im at school like rite now and i believe before the show is over fancy and luis need to be together kay and miguel, teresa and jared, paloma and noah and eve and julian,sam and ivy,and whitney and chad they all need to be together and someone need to get rid of sheridain and spike they are so evil and they are made for each other and Fancy and luis are the perfect couple but sheridain will keep stopping them from pursuing happiness and sheridain doesn’t deserve chris or anyone for all the stuff she done did……..!!!!!!!!!!!!!………..

i don’t have enough money 4 direct its very expensive if u do take it off please send us fans a website to watch everyday episodes of passions please as a 12 year old fan please do not take it off.when i saw my first episode i was immediatly hookt on 2 it so if i was in the kitchen i would nearly break a limb just 2 see one episode or if i went out wit my parents i would be very angry if i missed one episode.i would pretend to be sick just so i could see an episode of passions so u see im risking a lot on tha line just to see passions i no im young but i realy luv passions it seems so real it doesnt seem like all tha other soaps. i realy hate days of our lives i tried then i got a migrane but passions iz tha best show on this entire world i just realy luv passions i mean i have fallen in luv wit passions my boyfriend would probably be mad at me 4 saying i luv passions more than i luv him see i really luv luv luv luv passins so u cant put it on directv or get rid of it please put it online not directv if till decide 2 take passions off please put it on a website wit free shows on passions please

I feel like it’s some game, no sooner is my show back I can’t watch it because I don’t have Direct and my parents cannot afford it. I’d do anything to watch it. If only they had webisodes. I will not abandon my show but I don’t see how I can possibly afford Direct.

Another World was cancelled due to low ratings, I miss that show a great deal. Sunset Beach was also cancelled, (low ratings).
I watched Passions for the first 3 years, and after that I got really bored with the storyline..I mean, it’s a soap opera, but no one has ever been happy on that show, it’s surreal at it’s best. I don’t want to see it go, Just like I didn’t want ot see Santa Barbara or Texas go, but things happen and we know it’s all about ratings.

BEING A PASSIONS FAN FROM DAY ONE, I AM SORRY TO SEE IT GO. HOPEFULLY NBC CAN COME TO SOME SORT OF RESOLUTION ABOUT IT FURTURE. ALTHOUGH SOME OF THE STORY LINES DRAG ON FOREVER, OFTEN LEADING TO NOTHING IT WAS STILL A GREAT WATCH.

I’m so sad about Passions being cancelled. I hope it don’t go to Direct tv, some people don’t have the money to get that. Please either keep it on Nbc or a channel that fans can get without having to spend alot of money that some don’t have.
Who really cares about the today show, not me thats for sure,KEEP PASSIONS ON NBC! The network will lose alot of viewers if they don’t, then its bye bye Nbc
