It was a very positive start for Revolution. It retained most of the viewers from lead-in The Voice and most watched the entire episode. NBC released the first episode online earlier this month so some people may have watched that and not tuned in to see it on television.

Compared to last year’s timeslot occupant (The Playboy Club), NBC was up by 156% in the demo and 132% in total viewers.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

What a horrendous show. It’s like the writers from Heroes who have been unemployed for the past two years picked up where they left off. In a big pile of script doggy doo.
Please cancel and put something else in it’s place.

  2. Lauren says

Ya’ll better not cancel it!!!!! Don’t leave us hanging like that all it will do it royally tick us off. Continue the show! Loooooove Graham Rogers

  3. Julie says

The first episode was great but each episode after it seemed to be less interesting than the one before. Don’t know what it would take to save this show. I really don’t care one way or the other if it is renewed or not.

  4. Juliana says

I would like to see Revolution renewed. It is one of my favorite shows. I am so sick of stupid comedy shows which debase human beings. Give action and fiction any time.

  5. The Nielsen McCoy says

Why should NBC keep Revolution? It is a ratings disaster only after a few episodes and the ratings keep dropping. Face it the premise of the show is so god awful and weak, the characters are almost wooden, and the acting is worse than B grade movies.I mean if they reveal the cause of the global power outage the show won’t be able to progress from there. If they hold off on revealing it for a few seasons then the pace will be too slow and it will stagnate. NBC had better cancel this crap of a show called Revolution.

  6. Karen says

I hope Revolution is renewed. Both my husband and I love this show. Seems like everytime a good drama show starts it gets cancelled for a silly comedy or reality show. I like some of these shows too but enough is enough already.

  7. Lisa says

I hope Revolution is not cancelled. I love this show. It is so different than what is on TV .I am so tired of all the vampire and zombie shows. This show , shows imagination and innovvation about something that could actually be the future.PLEASE KEEP IT ON TV
