TV show description:
This dramatic science-fiction TV series explores the question “What would you do without it all?” A family struggles to reunite in an American landscape where every single piece of technology — computers, refrigerators, air conditioners, planes, cars, phones, lights — has mysteriously stopped working. Electrical power has simply gone away. The show also revolves around the idea of family — both the family you’re born into and the family you choose.

Charlie Matheson (Tracy Spiridakos) is the headstrong, curious and daring daughter of Rachel (Elizabeth Mitchell) and Ben Matheson (Tim Guinee). Ben is hiding a mysterious secret about the blackout. Maggie (Anna Lise Phillips), a medical doctor, became involved with him following his wife’s death.

When Charlie’s younger and thoughtful brother, Danny (Graham Rogers), is kidnapped by militia leaders, she must reconnect with her estranged uncle Miles Matheson (Billy Burke), a former US Marine and warrior who’s living as a recluse.

Together, with a rogue band of survivors, they set out to rescue Danny, overthrow the militia and ultimately re-establish the United States of America. All the while, they explore the enduring mystery of why the power failed and how or if it will ever return.

The rebel group includes fighter Nora (Daniella Alonso); General “Bass” Monroe (David Lyons), a former Marine who served alongside Miles; and Aaron (Zak Orth), a former Google executive and a computer genius who’s ill-prepared for the rigors of the technology-less world.

Captain Tom Neville (Giancarlo Esposito), a cultured former insurance adjuster turned Monroe Republic leader and Nate Walker (JD Pardo) is a member of the militia who has conflicted feelings for Charlie.

Meanwhile, Aaron (Zak Orth) and Rachel’s (Elizabeth Mitchell) efforts to save Priscilla (guest star Maureen Sebastian) from the nano-tech has unexpected consequences.

CANCEL THIS SHOW!!! It’s an absolute abomination with a weak storyline and very shallow characters. Not only that, but judging by the previews of the upcoming season, it is a DIRECT RIPOFF of THE WALKING DEAD! It’s pretty sad when a show has to steal from a POPULAR show in order to keep ratings up! TIME TO PUT “REVOLUTION” OUT OF ITS MISERY. CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL!!

Please don’t cancel Revolution I fell in love with the show an cast the first night it aired. I think the show makes us think an wonder what would it be like without electricity an all the comforts of home that we all have grown a custom too. It makes me an many others wonder how would we manage if the situation were for real. Could we manage could we live like our ancestors did a hundred years ago. Wow no way to keep our beer cold our food. how can we cook without a microwave oven. TV networks an producers ask yourself these questions before you cancel an number 1 show. This is not only entertaining it’s educational it teaches us an our children what an how our ancestors lived an survived before all our comforts were given to us to spoil us. Another show was cancelled in its first season very similar to Revolution was Jericho. Only in Jericho lose their comforts from a giant mushroom cloud from atomic bomb is set off in many cities around the world. Jericho also has to learn to live not only militant groups but government forces an a new state capital if I remember right was Cheyenne Wyo because Washington DC was gone. Please don’ cancel Revolution

For those who stopped watching Revolution after the initial dismal season – your loss!! Eric Kripke knew it wasn’t as good as it should have been and reworked it into the truly exciting, intelligent series one would expect from a JJ Abrams/Eric Kripke collaboration. One of the best season finales this spring! Can’t wait for it’s return this fall (it was picked up in April for 22 new episodes 2013 – 2014 season).

Please don’t cancel this show. It just started and there is nothing else like it. I believe something like this could really happen. We would be back in the dark ages.

edgy and I don’t know anyone who doesn’t LOVE it.. It is one of the best shows on TV,
I am so sick of watching great shows only to find that they get cancelled . I think the
TV NETWORKS are so GREEDY they are going to drive everyone away from watching
TV to NOT CARING!!!

I am writing this message on behalf of all my friends who are NERVOUS as hell to get
bad news from the networks.
