My son is only 11 and loves the show too! It was sad when Glenn Quin died, but it was well known that his character was slated or only 9 episodes, they were bringing the character of Wesley on in his place, his departure had nothing to do with his unfortunate problems. I'm glad to see Michael Fishman did something in his memory, it still makes me sad to think he's been gone for quite a long time now. As for the last episode. I remember hating it back in the day but after watching it now not that long ago I think it really makes sense. I enjoy it now. What a great show, wish it were still on. She and her partner (she's gay) have two children, one she carried and one her partner carried. Johnny Galecki, is still active, he and Gilbert are great friends, and I believe is actually gay too, which is a bit ironic. And Yes, Quinn was on Angel shortly after the end Roseanne. He was absolutely loveable on it and a favorite, but they kicked him off because he had serious drug problems that affected his work. They killed him on the show, and even the characters never got over it. (They kicked someone's ass on the show 5 years later because he used Quinn's character Doyle's name.) Lecy (actually Alicia) Goranson, the real Becky, is still acting, and left the show when she did to attend Vassar. The other Becky, Sarah Chalk, annoyed the hell out of me until I realized she was in Scrubs, and now I love her. Michael Fishman, who played DJ, still acts a little but there isn't much info about him. He married at 18 and has 3kids I think. The only other actor from the show who passed away was the woman who played Nana Mary, Shelley Winters. She was 86 so don't feel too bad. Everyone else is still working, all in film, television, or theater I think, alive, and well. I thought at one point that John Goodman had died, but he's fine and still working, with stuff slated for release up until 2011. Who else is there? Hmm. I don't know. It was a great show. I was really young when this show first aired, but I remember watching it for quite some time. I think I eventually "grew out" of the show and moved onto watching "teeny bopper" programs. But I now have a renewed love for the show, I wish it was still on the air! I've seen episodes over and over again and they're still hillarious each time. Dealing with a REAL family from the Mid-West with REAL issues is just something that shows don't do nowdays (everything is reality, blah!).
