Though their efforts haven’t been as successful as the CW execs might like, the network is on a roll. Last year, they created a new version of Beverly Hills, 90210. This season, they’re trying to get us hooked on a new take on Melrose Place. What’s next? A remake of Moonlighting, Dynasty, or Knots Landing?
Well, the jokers over at the Upright Citizens Brigade think that the CW should start raiding NBC’s closet of cancelled shows. First up, Seinfeld. As you might guess, the new CW versions of Jerry, George, Elaine and Kramer would be younger, sexier, and filled with just a wee bit more angst. However, like the original, it’d still be all about nothing.

Without the original cast, it’d be nothing. Those particular four had a chemistry that’d make a show about having flat tires in the middle of a monsoon funny.
Please Cw officials if you read this let the show be. I mean the last episode sucked as it is, we don’t need a remake of one of the best sitcoms of all time. I mean your already embarrasing you selves with annoying 90210 and Melrose Place reruns cuz you cant come up with new show ideas but i mean is it neccesary to remake Seinfeld. I mean there are so many other shows you can remake and **** with, but Seinfeld? COME ON CW PLEASE LET THE SHOW REST!!
Being honest, wouldn’t mind seeing that version of ER on Showtime
It’s a joke, people. Read the article. Jesus.
Yeah….Don’t even JOKE about that one! Yikes!
Joke or no joke. I haven’t watched a SINGLE SECOND of Seinfeld since Michael Richards offensive rant about putting people (Blacks) on pitchforks… etc.
