I was Pi$$ed when I found out that Shark was returning and then found out it was just reruns on ION, I watch 9 shows on CBS and CSI is their biggest show and its getting 15.5 mill and Shark was getting almost 14 mill what the hell CBS throw us a bone. I wish they would give shark another chance. Shark was one of the great shows on. The main character and the cast was worth watching. They have way too many Reality shows on these days. Put Shark the TV Series back on it would make it if you gave it a chance and put it on the right time.

I watched Shark faithfully. I think that CBS should have never cancelled the show. It was GREAT, I always looked forward to watching it. When it went off the air I searched for the DVD and only came up with Season 1 I would purchase Season 2 if it was out, but I have searched everywhere and nowhere to be found. It would be great if CBS brought it back. James Woods is a fantastic actor.

My Husband and I loved the show ” Shark ” . It was the best Law show since Perry Mason. I’m saddened that CBS would make that decission for the viewer’s. I think we sholud have had the opprotunity to have voted on that. I’m so glad to now see the reruns on channel 6 Ion. Good Luck to all the Cast of Shark. And James Woods is Fantastic.

I absolutely loved Shark, i was so excited when i found out it was coming on tv monday, only to be diappointed that it was re-runs. I was jumping up and down with excitement thanking they realized what a mistake it was cancelling such an awesome show. At least i get to see james woods in action again.

It kind of amuses me when I read that SHARK was cancelled coz it didn’t appeal to young viewers coz that’s a TERRIBLE LIE!!! see i’m 18 years now 3 yrs back, was 15 and couldn’t and still can’t get enough of SHARK. i mean i agree with most comments here SHARK was and is still a great show. Virtually all my friends who are my age are very disappointed c’mon guyz u saw how Sebastian Stark rocked the show. I’d like to think of him as ‘DR. GREGORY HOUSE OF SHARK’. I don’t understand why HOUSE – a very great series – hasn’t been banned yet SHARK has. PEASE DO SOMETHING FAST!!!!

Shark is/was a fabulous show ! They just finished airing it here in Belgium and a LOT of people loved the show. Why is it always when I look on the internet to dig out more info about shows that I like, I stumble upon the news that specific show is cancelled? Ok, there was a writers’ strike, but still… There is a whole market in Europe open for that kind of shows. But the cable networks in the US want to make reality tv, …. they tried doing that in Europe too, but the majority of the people don’t like those shows, so after a few years of “reality-tv” they came back from it. Hope that will happen in the US too, so that quality shows come back once more.

Shark was exciting, fast paced, great story line with each episode, funny, and smart. James Woods was great in the role he portrayed. What else could you want in a TV show. Why did they cancel the show? As far as I’m concerned this show was set up to fail. I believe that the show was way too popular and pulled down ratings from other shows. If this wasn’t true tell me why are people still commenting about the show three years later. As a result of the mismanagement of this show I do not watch anything on CBS anymore. I hope these e-mails are noted by someone that has the power to do something about it. Who cares about James Woods’s age and whether the younger audience like it or not. How about appealing to the older people for a change. I have just seen too many e-mails on other sites complaining about Shark not being on the air anymore. Bring the show back!!!!

Extremely disappointed by this news. I’m in the younger end of the demographic they wanted and I believe the problem was NOT the show, it was from the lack of promoting.

I stumbled across the show by chance – and everyone i told was instantly hooked. I think if they’d done a better job at promoting it, they’d realise there is a large fan base out there but it could be even bigger if they promoted it a little more.

Very sad move.

Who do the people who take polls talk to? CBS actually get their hands on a very fine actor and crew, create an interesting legal drama, and then cancel the show after two years? It’s no wonder CBS doesn’t have a lot of top rated shows. Some one at the peak of the decision making ladder doesn’t have a clue and/or is listening to wrong people. In this instance, the problem can be fixed almost immediately – bring back Shark.

Shark was a good show, they indicate that it was canceled due to the age of the viewership. This was mostly due to it being aired at 10PM. The worst move for shark was when it was moved to Sunday night. Constantly starting late due to Sunday night football. It was very difficult to keep this show properly DVR/Tivo’d missing the ending due to the late start.

My wife & I watched this show every single week. We fall into the age category but yet some how don’t register? James made this show exciting to watch. The chemistry between him and the other actors was great. This show requires some what of an IQ to watch which is what reality shows don’t have. Maybe CBS should poll to see just how many people want this back. Don’t put it up against some other show. I did not like the new time slot that was chosen. I have to agree, CBS cancelled Shark because it didn’t pull in their demographic but my wife and I both fit into that demographic they so greatly desire. We stopped watching CBS when they cancelled Shark, it was an intelligent and well written series that kept you guessing and thinking. We too are sick to death of these so called reality shows being force fed to us because Hollywood thinks they can spoon feed us that crap! Bring back Shark or give it to some cable channel and let them air it so they can give it a decent time slot and let it beat you soundly every week.

It is witty, intelligent, realistic and depicts relationships (particularly Sebastian and Julie) that many people can relate to. James Woods is amazing. I am so angry and disappointed over this decision. These dull “reality shows” and other sitcoms/dramas being offered on your network are really uappealing to the more intelligent viewer. The ones who also watch MSNBC.

Maybe that is why I find myself watching more shows on TNT like “The Closer” and “Saving Grace,” AMC for “Mad Men,” and FX for “Damages.”

Please sell this winning series to one of those networks who understand what compelling and entertaining drama is all about.

Something else I want to say: How talented do you have to be to entertain “younger” audiences anyway? Younger audiences wouldn’t get into Shark because everyone on the show are true professionals with REAL TALENT!!! I applaud the entire cast. Reality shows? Take American Idol: No one over 30 so they’ve got “children” singing mature songs unconvincingly and being judged for it. Britain’s Got Talent: no age limit and the ones with REAL TALENT are well over 30. Younger audiences only appreciate physical appearances, and imitating one another. They all want to be in music videos!!!!!!

The content of this show was way too mature and intellectually stimulating for that target audience. What’s wrong with catering to ADULTS??? Face it, there’s too much “competition” in mindless programming which is targeted for…..you guessed it, a younger audience. I TRULY LOVE THIS SHOW!! Everyone from Ms Danielle and Sophina, to Mr. Henry and ultimately James Woods….everyone gave believable performances and I REALLY enjoyed watching them work. I loved Shark. James Woods was such a wonderful addition to primetime and the cast was dynamic as well. I was anxiously waiting for season three and heard it was canceled. Why are all of the quality shows canceled and crappy ones that make no point are kept on? Can we please bring this show back?? I loved the storylines and the drama and it made for wonderful viewing. Can anything be done to resurrect the

I am very disappointed that Shark has been cancelled. This was one of my favorite shows. Do we always have to cater to the younger group under 35 years of age. I am 40 and feel that we need to have more shows that attract this age group. I loved the actors and the story line. Each week I would be so sexcited to see the next show to find out what happens to each character. I am deeply saddened.

bring back shark!! it is a great show and had an amazing cast. you people at cbs killed the show by moving the day and time so much. so put it back on the air and give it a certain time and day.
your # one show is ncis move it and I bet it will not do as good as it is now. so bring shark back.

What a bummer. My husband and I loved Shark and the amazing James Woods. There isn’t anything on the networks worth watching, except Dancing with the Stars, and we would click back and forth to see Shark. Besides, they kept moving the time slot – hard to build a following, when you’re always trying to “follow” the series.
