SHARK was a great show. I loved the entire cast. I love Jeri Ryan on ‘Body of Proof’ but their are plenty of actress that can take her spot.

I fully agree, Shark was a great show and James Woods was at his very best. All the other actors were equally as good and the chemistry was great as well. I tuned in every week and was very disappointed when it was canceled. Please bring Shark back, it was by far the best tv show i’d enjoyed watching in a long time.

james woods was great as a con artist attorney,that’s what made his show great. thee show had a great cast. I rather watch shark than that new boring tuesday lawyer show. cbs all you have is csi, five-o, mentalist, criminal minds and blue bloods,when you cancel these shows , you have nothing. cbs will be going down hill.
You need to bring back shark, cold case, without a trace and numbers.

Me too… I mean, I watched both the seasons twice now and I still wanna watch it and hey they said the show skew older people and thats not true.. I am 19 and 14 people I know liked the show and they are all in 19 – 24 age group. It is sad that good shows like this get cancelled. The hard truth is that majority of us watch lame shows thereby giving them more viewer stats and in the end the loser goes home, and sometimes good shows like shark fall into to this trap, because at the end of the day its just business and what brings more money stays, the rest leaves..

I love this show. Just Recently a friend showed it to me. After finding out it got cancelled after just two seasons I was blown away. I really wish it could re-air. I know as the article says it failed to attract younger viewers, but I’m 20 years old and find this show to be one of my favorite’s. Stark is awesome!

This was a riveting show, because of James Woods, who was PERFECT for the role….and he also had a good supporting cast and excellent writers. I was so sorry that it went off the air…one of the channels should put it on again, just like Centric is doing for Miami Vice re-runs, which I never miss.

I too love the show! I can’t believe a show with such great story lines, great actors/actresses and a great ending to each episode could possibly be cancelled. Get rid of some of the other shows, don’t get me wrong, I too loved CSI, but SHARK blows them away!

I have just finished watching Series 1 of Shark. I am DEVASTATED that they have stopped the series. It was the best I have seen in many, many years. And James Woods is incredibly entertaining in the series — I felt a lot of his stuff was spontaneous. Oh, please bring it back again. Simply the best!!!

i watched that show when it originally aired, and i was only 16 at the time. i absolutely loved it from episode 1. they are giving the series such an injustice to cut it after what is basically a season and a half. please do away with so much of the garbage thats on right now, and bring back a show that actually makes a person think for a change.

This show is riveting, especially James Woods who spews out brilliant facts so fast. It beats so many others any time. The pace is pounding and you don’t want to miss anything, . No slow mo here, unlike CSI David Caruso’s staring into space-or-ground mode, and his short sleepy blurps or Bones’ female forensic team where they regurgitate facts slowly. i enjoy NCIS and SHARK too! They’re both gold sellers.
Please bring SHARK BACK!

Shark has just finished here in the UK and it should be re-instated it was a brilliant show – so different from all the boring CSI’s – they have been done to death. SVU was stopped over here too & that was a good one.
NCIS, & Brothers & Sisters, maybe The Good Wife all thats left from you our American cousins. Bring Shark back please !!!!!!!!! And where is Criminal Minds going I think I’m watching very old series repeats – did that get axed?

I’ve watched TV shows and Shark was one of the BEST. It is unbelievable that it has been Canceled!!! It completely stupid to say Shark’s unable to attract younger viewers i am 21 my self. It was the best Law show on TV and canceled for no VALID reason. It Pisses me to think they are interested in some reality TV insteadof a great show.

I watched Shark faithfully. I think that CBS should have never cancelled the show. It was GREAT, I always looked forward to watching it. When it went off the air I searched for the DVD and only came up with Season 1 I would purchase Season 2 if it was out, but I have searched everywhere and nowhere to be found. It would be great if CBS brought it back. James Woods is a fantastic actor.

My Husband and I loved the show ” Shark ” . It was the best Law show since Perry Mason. I’m saddened that CBS would make that decission for the viewer’s. Shark is/was a fabulous show ! They just finished airing it here in Belgium and a LOT of people loved the show. Why is it always when I look on the internet to dig out more info about shows that I like, I stumble upon the news that specific show is cancelled? Ok, there was a writers’ strike, but still… There is a whole market in Europe open for that kind of shows. But the cable networks in the US want to make reality tv, …. they tried doing that in Europe too, but the majority of the people don’t like those shows, so after a few years of “reality-tv” they came back from it. Hope that will happen in the US too, so that quality shows come back once more.

Shark was exciting, fast paced, great story line with each episode, funny, and smart. James Woods was great in the role he portrayed. What else could you want in a TV show. Why did they cancel the show? As far as I’m concerned this show was set up to fail. I believe that the show was way too popular and pulled down ratings from other shows. If this wasn’t true tell me why are people still commenting about the show three years later. As a result of the mismanagement of this show I do not watch anything on CBS anymore. I hope these e-mails are noted by someone that has the power to do something about it. Who cares about James Woods’s age and whether the younger audience like it or not. How about appealing to the older people for a change. I have just seen too many e-mails on other sites complaining about Shark not being on the air anymore. Bring the show back!!!!

Extremely disappointed by this news. I’m in the younger end of the demographic they wanted and I believe the problem was NOT the show, it was from the lack of promoting.

I stumbled across the show by chance – and everyone i told was instantly hooked. I think if they’d done a better job at promoting it, they’d realise there is a large fan base out there but it could be even bigger if they promoted it a little more.

Very sad move.

Who do the people who take polls talk to? CBS actually get their hands on a very fine actor and crew, create an interesting legal drama, and then cancel the show after two years? It’s no wonder CBS doesn’t have a lot of top rated shows. Some one at the peak of the decision making ladder doesn’t have a clue and/or is listening to wrong people. In this instance, the problem can be fixed almost immediately – bring back Shark.

Shark was a good show, they indicate that it was canceled due to the age of the viewership. This was mostly due to it being aired at 10PM. The worst move for shark was when it was moved to Sunday night. Constantly starting late due to Sunday night football. It was very difficult to keep this show properly DVR/Tivo’d missing the ending due to the late start.

We totally agree with all the above. We are now watching Series one again and it is just wonderful. We just LOVE James Woods and all the other characters. It’s really sad watching them doing other shows. BRING BACK SHARK! Funny, intelligent, exciting… the list of adjectives is endless

I loved Shark and James Wood, and the entire cast. I am not shocked at all about this! After still standing was cancelled which was the funniest tv show on the air I knew I would be watching CBS less and less, NOW I DONT WATCH IT AT ALL!!! CBS always gets rid of their great shows and leaves on the crap. Hello ABC and NBC Im back!!!

My wife & I watched this show every single week. We fall into the age category but yet some how don’t register? James made this show exciting to watch. The chemistry between him and the other actors was great. This show requires some what of an IQ to watch which is what reality shows don’t have. Maybe CBS should poll to see just how many people want this back. Don’t put it up against some other show. I did not like the new time slot that was chosen. I liked the original that is came out with.
