Shark Tank: Renewed for Season Five

Shark Tank renewed for 2013-14ABC has renewed Shark Tank for a fifth season. The reality series will be back on Friday nights next fall.

After struggling for three seasons, Shark Tank has been having its best season-to-date on Fridays. Season four was bumped up to 26 episodes and they’ve averaged a 1.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 6.56 million viewers. It’s often the best-rated show of the night in the coveted demo.

Based on Dragons’ Den in Canada, Shark Tank features a group of potential investors (the “sharks”) who consider proposals from entrepreneurs and inventors. This season, the sharks have been Robert Herjavec, Kevin O’Leary, Barbara Corcoran, Daymond John, Lori Greiner, and Mark Cuban.

What do you think? How many episodes should there be next season? How long do you think Shark Tank should run? Should any sharks be replaced or do you like the current line-up?

Why does Lori wear the same black dress. One would think person of her immense fortune would be able to afford a different dress per show
Also we need to see Robert to come back

Shark tank is one of the very few network shows I watch. I love it and would never miss it. One of the very best shows on . A refreshing change from all the sappy dribble on most reality shows. Fast paced, witty and thoroughly entertaining. I hope it’s on for a long time to come.
