I too was pissed when ABC took Six Degrees off the air. That TV season, it seemed liek the “Golden Age” of television was back, with Six Degrees, The Nine, Studio 60, October Road and Jericho. Then ALL of them were canceled. It proves that the television execs should all be tossed out on their a$$es and has new blood program the networks. No wonder more people have migrated to cable.

I would love to have all of the series I mentioned above on DVD but since it seems that won’t happen, the next best thing is Hulu.com I think Hulu has episodes from most of these series online. I know they have Six Degrees, Studio 60 and October Road. I’m still having trouble finding The Nine and Jericho online. Hulu isn’t the best quality, better than YouTube but not near as good as DVD. But considering it is all that is out there, I’ll take it for now. Better than nothing.

I am sooo pissed off that they are not airing this show anymore!! I got so hooked! How can they say the ratings are low if there are so many people complaining about the cancellation of the show!!?? It is SO unfair!!

I am really disappointed with the executives’ decisions to cancel interesting shows like Traveler, Six Degrees, etc. Seems a smart show has to be taken off the air to make room for mindless muck. I’ve cancelled my DirecTV service because stupid has infected most of the channels that made satellite TV interesting, and had re-discovered network programming with shows like Six Degrees, only to see them pulled. Perhaps TVLand is just too stupid a place to expect good programming? I think I will rediscover books, and leave the TV to the mindlessly lost.

One of the best shows i have seen. I also agree with everyone else that this show was poorly promoted, had people known that it even existed it would have done great. The few people who i have asked about the show that actually knew what it was, loved it! Unfortunetely by the time word of mouth started getting around, ABC had already taken it off the air. You cant live of of Grey’s forever!

I was so impressed with six degrees that I watched the entire series online at one sitting. I am a die hard fan of Grey’s Anatomy but if I had to choose between the two it would be Six Degrees hands down! It was as great as HBOs Sex and The City. Give it a chance I am sure others will agree.

I stumbled into Six Degrees and Brothers and Sisters on ABC’s website. I LOVE both of these shows! I am very disappointed to hear that I may have seen the last of Six Degrees. My teenage daughter and I both watched this and really enjoyed it.

I didn’t even know when it had come back on. I just happened to be channel surfing when I saw it. Keyed it into the recorder and next thing you know it’s not on again. What a disappointment. Trouble is that the tv stations swap programs and times and never advise when they do this so you always have to be searching and confirming!!!!

This show’s airing was an executive failure; if it was ever meant to sell at all. If there weren’t so many hours in primetime, then people might behave and watch grey’s like everyone else.

ABC pulled this show way to early. I love this show and would like to see it back on the air. Hope they reconsider. It’s a lot more interesting than Brothers and Sisters, etc. which I watched for a while but have recently stopped…I am watching the online episodes of Six Degrees instead! The casting is excellent.

ABC please reconsider renewing this show. What a talent group of actors. Hope Davis, Jay Hernandez, bridget, Scott what a dream cast. This type of combination and show is a rare gem. The failure is entirely on ABC. The actors and writers where done a disservice with the handleing of this show.

I am happy they will air the last five episodes on the ABC site. One will release each Friday starting 4/27.
This was a great show with a lot of potential! So was “The Nine” anyone watch that? Jericho has gone cheeseball and Desperate H and Lost are catching up! All of these 1/2 hour sitcoms stink except Julia Louis-Dreyfus’ show.

I looked forward to Friday nights and I really loved watching “Six Degrees”. I am so disappointed that they cancelled the show. I thought the story line was a good one and then they just up and cancel the show! This show is a lot better than all of the game shows, sitcoms, etc. Why doesn’t the network know that SOME people prefer a show with a good story line like “Six Degrees”? They could have moved it to another week night if Friday didn’t work for them!

I don’t understand the point of pulling this show. What are they replacing it with? Repeats of Wife Swap? The least they could do is let it go on, and maybe they would actually pick up the viewers! And horrible advertising, ABC. I’d never have even known about the fact they started airing again if I hadn’t still had my DVR set to record new epiosdes of it. They didn’t advertise it AT ALL until after they aired the show, and then they didn’t even continue. Thanks a heap.

Six Degrees is a really good character drama with interesting relationships and great actors. And instead of giving it a chance to get off the ground, ABC is piling on the crap like the lame “October Road” and jamming the melodramatic soap opera “Brothers & Sisters” down everyone’s throats. (I can’t believe those actors agreed to do that show.) And now the disgusting vomit that is Notes From the Underbelly? Gross. ABC, you may have Grey’s Anatomy, and you may have a few of us still tuning in for the endless writer’s block that is Lost, but if you don’t give us GOOD NEW shows, you’ll lose us, and soon you’ll be as bad off as NBC.

Bring back Six Degrees. It’s a brilliant show, in spite of the stupid blond runaway subplot. You know you want to order more episodes! You have Hope Davis and Campbell Scott on a TV show! You should take advantage. Order another season!

Are the promotions people over at ABC a little bit retarded? Is there a Promotions department? Hello, to get people to watch a show, they have to know about it. If you don’t promote a show at all (even back in September I think I saw maybe one or two TV ads, if that), few people will know to watch it. So back in September, whoever randomly caught 6 Degrees was immediately intrigued–it’s one of the only shows on television that is high caliber entertainment for an educated, critical viewer. I loved it! And I hardly watch TV! So you have just those fans who randomly got into it, but then you take a break for 5 months?! And one day in March plop it back in, again without any promos, on FRIDAY NIGHT? It’s common knowledge that NO ONE WATCHES TELEVISION then. ABC is meant for crap like What About Brian I guess, because Six Degrees was a quality series that would have tremendous success had it been promoted just a LITTLE and aired ANY TIME BUT FRIDAY NIGHTS. It’s like they wanted it to fail.

I LOVED this series and hate that it has been cancelled!! Just when I thought it was coming back it got snatched. What a great ensemble/cast with such interesting writing and story lines. I love how the characters and plots inter-twined. This was a show that I watched religiously. Can it be picked up by another network or something?? The best shows are being cancelled. Same thing with “Love Monkey”.
Would buy DVD version!

I was so excited when I heard Six Degrees was returning and I was just starting to get into it again and then I heard it was taken off the air AGAIN. Why doesn’t the broadcast station give these up and coming shows more of a chance for viewers to tune in before they yank it off the air. There is nothing else I can look forward to on Friday nights now!
