The skating pairs are critiqued by a panel of expert judges and receive a set of scores based on artistry and technique. They’re also judged by the viewers at home, with one couple being eliminated each week.

The judges are Dick Button (a two-time Olympic champion and Emmy Award-winning broadcaster), Laurieann Gibson (dancer and choreographer for Motown and Bad Boy Records), and Johnny Weir (a three-time U.S. champion, two-time Olympian, and World medalist).

The host is Vernon Kay with Tanith Belbin providing color commentary. With her partner Ben Agosto, Belbin is the most decorated U.S. Ice Dancer in history.
