TV show description:
This animated series was a somewhat faithful adaptation of the comic book adventures except for the fact that network demands kept violence to a bare minimum.

Peter Parker (Ted Schwartz) must balance his crimefighting alter-ego with his responsibilities as a university student and as a helper for his elderly Aunt May (Linda Gary). He also works as a part-time photographer at the Daily Bugle for bombastic editor J. Jonah Jameson (William Woodson) who has a sweet assistant named Betty Brant (Mona Marshall).

Every time Peter’s life seems to be getting under control, you can count on a bad guy like The Kingpin (Stan Jones), Dr. Doom (Ralph James), Magneto (Michael Rye) or The Vulture (Don Messick) to start a crime spree.

Canceled and renewed TV show
