My husband and i just found it on HULU and love it. One of my favorite all times!! Super sad to see there was only 18 episodes!!! I really want them to bring this show back!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just found Standoff on Hulu and watched all the episodes. I give it four stars and would like to see more. I think USA should pick up this series and run with it. It is a very good topic and the actors did a pretty good job… certainly better than other shows. There is substance and great show plot. I would encourage more people to write in and say why they like this show.

This was a great series and surely some network would be able to see that an pick it up… i agree, how much CSI does there really have to be, CSI Miame is really getting stupid, Callie is very blah, never smiles and is so monotone it makes you want to gag.

Please bring back Standoff. It is a great show. It had a great blend of intense drama and characters. Keep the cast as it was. It’s really annoying to get into a show and then it is cancelled. Please bring it back.

I really like this show and hope it doesnt get cancelled, but like with all shows that do there should at least be a last long episode to wrap up all the loose ends for the people who do watch. It is very aggrivating to watch a show every week it comes on and then just never hear about it again, loyal viewers of any show like to have closure, even if the show ends before you want it to.

Dang.. so we were wondering what happened that the show wasnt on the air no longer.. so finally started researching the net to find out if it was cancelled.

Sure hope not !!

FOX if your listening .. you DID have a potenial hit here.. as stated earlier, you just kept changing timeslots.. and messing with it.. to the point it was hard to find.

We found Standoff to be a highly entertaining show,.. looked forward to watching it.. with the brilliant storylines and super acting!

PLEASE RECONSIDER.. AND BRING BACK THE SHOW!! We’re keeping our fingers crossed!

I don’t understand why a network will pour their money into a show if they’re not willing to give it a time slot and leave it there long enough to become established. I’m so sick of these temporary shows that pre-empt the regular ones (American Idol, The Bachelor, Dancing With the Stars). It doesn’t take a genius to see that interrupting a show’s season is going to be a ratings problem. What a waste of time, money, and talent in developing what was an unusually good show.

Please see article “Green Room Chatter for August 25, 2007″ this gives an update on Ron Livingston and says that he’s no longer busy with StandOff. I would take this as it has been cancelled and it does not show in the listing of shows on FOX’s main website for their shows.

You can also keep track of many of the stars in the IMdB the Internet Movie Data Base. Its a great way to keep with with all the stars.

I thought Standoff an excellent police show with a difference. Would appreciate seeing any unaired episodes. Enjoyed the relationship between the main actors. Hope it will come back on. It was aired quite late on Tuesday nights. Surprised it was not on at a better time.

Standoff is one of my favorite TV series along with other action shows. I am so disappointed that it has been canceled. But, what chance did it have when it was pre-empted for other things so often?

This is a great show! BRING IT BACK FOX!

The viewing would not have dropped off if Fox would not have kept canceling dates, moving the night of the week, and changing the time. You only set shows up for failures this way.

try anything to keep this on the air. It needs a different time slot and better promo. I found it by mistake and really liked it. Liked it enough to write about and thats a lot for me. Why dont you whack an hour of Family Guy on Sunday night and air it after the Simpson’s. Now we’re talking.

I hope that StandOff comes back to stay! My daughter, in the Air Force, is an MP (Military Police). Out of all the other stuff on tv, she watched Standoff with me, while on her own vacation from catching the bad guys in the (“Sand Box). That’s the desert countries for those who are not aware. She said that the show is entertaining, and it has enough truth to the investigative portion, to make it truly likeable, even to those with a comparable education!. PLEASE- For our young ones fighting for their country- keep Standoff on the air. Thanks. MG

I have TiVo and watch all new shows. At first did not like Standoff (don’t know why) but continued to watch and now find it one of the better shows on TV and am glad I get to see a couple more shows. Viewers are correct, when you move shows around we miss a lot, except with my TiVo’s they record them whenever they are on. I also would choose Standoff over House any day.

Like it or not, no one cares what you or I watch; we’re not counted in ratings. Only those contracted with Nielson’s ratings crap can be counted, and they apparently like really crappy TV.

I love Stadoff alot. I beg not to cancel it. I think that is the best show that is on Fox11. I hope that it comes back for the reason that if it doesnt I will stop watching channel 11. Then you see how it feels to be canceled.

No wonder half these shows get axed. You start the shows, people start getting into them and then they go on hiatus for 3-4 months so something else can be viewed. Whatever happened to shows that ran from September until May. I really hate the several season premieres and season finalies that TV has these days.

when i watched standoff it was a great show. first because of either a basketball game or anther show which i can’t remember what it took over at that time. i really enjoyedit it was and is a great show. the stars and characters are great. please bring it back on. i use to rush to get home after work so i wouldn’t miss it. now that i am retired i have been waiting for months to have it come back on. i truly hope it does come back on and stays on. i watch house to but want to see this one too. a very sad t.v.watcher so please bring it back.
