Suits: Season Three Ratings

Suits: to be canceled or renewed? As Harvey and Mike work to win cases for their clients, USA hopes that Suits will continue to win over viewers and bring in solid ratings. Will the TV series be cancelled or renewed for a fourth season? Time will tell.

Suits typically airs on Tuesday nights and there are 16 new episodes once again this season. The cast includes Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams, Rick Hoffman, Gina Torres, Sarah Rafferty, and Meghan Markle.

Below are the TV show’s ratings for season three, the best way to tell if it will be cancelled or renewed for season four. These figures will be updated as the weeks progress so you can check back to see how things are going.

10/24 update: The show has been renewed for a fourth season.

Final season averages: 0.9 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 2.73 million total viewers.

Note: If you’re not seeing the updated chart, please try reloading the page or view it here.

Reference point: Season two of Suits averaged a 1.2 rating in the 18-49 demographic with 3.60 million total viewers.

Note: These ratings are collected by the Nielsen company and are the final national numbers. These are different from the fast affiliate numbers which are just estimates of the actual ratings and are reported on by most other outlets. The final nationals are typically released within 24 hours of the programming or, in the case of weekends and holidays, a couple days later.

What do you think? Do you like the Suits TV series? Do you think it should be cancelled or renewed for a fourth season?

This is the best show on tv, that maybe not enough people are watching? Which is sad, I love it! The writing, acting and characters are amazing. Lewis, love to hate him, and hate to love him. And Harvey…yummy! And really Donna is the best character EVER! They cannot cancel this!

Except for the cussing, it’s a great show. However, USANetwork execs have a history of killing shows too soon, like Burn Notice. Please don’t do the same to Suits. Keep the intrigue high and we’ll keep watching.

If they don’t re-new Suits, then TV exes need to be drug tested then fired. It is one of top 10 shows on TV network or cable. Great actors, some humor, drama & the storyline is off the hook……..

like the show-character driven with good cast. Come on Harvey don’t betray the one person that’s been in your corner the longest. Jessica paid for your education, gave you a career–not a good look! Hopefully this show will be around for a long time.

This IS the best show on t.v.! Frankly I detest the Jessica character, she’s a two faced B word and it would be wonderful to see her taken down several notches! She blackmailed Mike into betraying Harvey, she again went behind Harvey’s back for her own gains and also behind the English partner’s back, hopefully they won’t take kindly to that and will teach her a lesson!!!

Agree with suzyku. Jessica needs to go. I have a bad feeling suits will pussy out and keep her in, and for a simple reason: The show insists on emphasizing how great each main character is, which is both it’s biggest strength and most annoying flaw. Hopefully the writers man up and have Harvey go through with taking down Jessica. Otherwise this entire season would feel like a waste of time.

I also think that the show would be better with Darby at the helm. He’s more likable than Jessica in my opinion. Shrewd, brilliant, yet honest and wise.

Suits is the best show on tv (cable/network)! It definitely needs to renewed. The writing is superb – comedy, drama, romance – something for everyone. The actors are all fantastic. Love them all! Best cast, best show, and best writing ever!

Agreed Bob! This is a very clever show that keeps twisting and turning. I like the new development of Harvey going after the top dog-ette. I don’t see him as the Firm leader but I do think he’s not one to be messed with.

The two main characters keep viewers sufficiently hungry to keep watching. The clever twist that Mike is not a properly qualified lawyer with a powerhouse memory that keeps him one step ahead of the competition is great. Each episode is full of digging deeper into the lives of all the main characters while the fights at the top of the firm in relation to who keeps control can become intense.
Well performed, realistic story lines and my family refuses to miss an episode, let’s hope it keeps running because it really does deserve to do so.
