Episode 15 – Who will be left behind?
With a tsunami on the way, Wilmington, NC residents (like Miles and his family) are being forced to evacuate the island.

Laura travels to find Rich who has been arrested by military police at the mysterious laboratory. As the lab employees evacuate the building, he’s locked in a cell and left to die.

Miles’ girlfriend Caitlin has gone missing and he goes back to find her. With the help of Nim, Miles eventually finds her unconscious on the side of the road. As they try to escape the tsunami by car, they run into Laura and Rich who have escaped from the lab. They run out of gas and flee to a church just as a giant wave come towards them.

Inside the church, Laura and Miles see a big creature swimming around in the water. As a second wave comes crashing in, they make it up to the roof of the church. On the roof, the four look out over a flooded city and Laura says, “It’s a whole new world.”

We loved this show so very much. It was one of the best in the last two decades. We would love to see it come back. Will it ever be remade or come back again. Like I said my husband and I really loved this show and could never figure out why it never came back. It was the most interesting. We do not like the reality shows or the show that compete with each other. It is time for something different like “Surface”. Please come back again.
