He and series star ... Christian Kane is perhaps best known for playing slimy lawyer Lindsey McDonald on the Buffy the Vampire Slayer spinoff, Angel. He and series star David Boreanaz are the only two actors to appear on both the pilot and the series finale. His next show was Close to Home, a legal drama that ran for two seasons on CBS. These days, Kane is playing Eliot Spencer, the enforcer of the group of con artists on TNT's Leverage series. The show follows a group of criminals who take pride in bringing down other law-breakers. The show's already been renewed for year two. In this audio interview, Kane discusses some past, present, and future projects. During his seven seasons on that series, he became a director and directed several episodes of TNG. He continued to act and went on to helm episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Enterprise, Star Trek: Voyager, Diagnosis: Murder, and Roswell. Also for television, Frakes has directed two of the Librarian TV movies; Return to King Solomon's Mines and The Curse of the Judas Chalice, starring Noah Wylie and Bob Newhart. On the big screen, he's helmed two successful Next Generation movies (Star Trek: Insurrection and Star Trek: First Contact), Thunderbirds, and Clockstoppers.
