The folks at NBC put their spin of the ratings for week eight of the 2012-13 season; November 12-18th.
They particularly highlight the numbers for 30 Rock, Chicago Fire, Dateline, Go On, Grimm, Guys with Kids, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, The New Normal, The Office, Parenthood, Parks & Recreation, Revolution, Rock Center with Brian Williams, Up All Night, The Voice, and Whitney.
For the Week and the Season:
* NBC has tied for #1 for week 8 in adult 18-49 rating. For the first time in 10 years, NBC finished #1 or tied for #1 during seven of the season’s first eight weeks.
* Versus the same week last year, NBC is up 14% in 18-49 (2.5 vs. 2.2). The other Big 4 networks are all down versus the same week last year.
