“Come aboard… We’re expecting you…” For nine seasons, The Love Boat was a welcome escape for TV viewers and a staple of ABC’s Saturday night schedule.
The show went off the air in 1986, but members of the cast reunited for a series of TV movies, including 1990′s The Love Boat: A Valentine Voyage. In 1998, as part of the short-lived The Love Boat: The Next Wave series, members of the cast reboarded the Pacific Princess for a journey down memory lane.
