i agree with everyone….i may be late but i got hooked from the first season and i had to go out and buy them all to see if john smith was ever goin to solve or end armagedon (spell check) and to find out the nna is startin to see visions which i figured already and then it just ends with armagedon still? some bs i feel like i just wasted my money….luckily the shows are amazing that i can watch em over nd over….then to say they might make a movie? id rather watch a whole nother season cuz a movie you’ll have to start from the beginning again…..ugh I’m highly upset and feel like suing if i could lol

I just finish watching the 6 season on netflix and come to read here that there is no season 7 or finally??? What kind of POOP is that…. I was not expecting the show to go on for ever but i was hoping they would finnish the story. Does Johny saves the world and does JJ helps hom by using his new found visions. Something people.!!! How can we can committ to any network if they do not care about their audiences.

I think with the way it ended, and people still wanting to watch it… Viewers would tune in to watch. I like the way it was heading in the 6-13. We need a movie… an ending…. something… Season 6 didn’t have the same fill since they changed locations. Big change in cast members. including JJ which I was surpriced. He looks for like Sarah than John. But I like his acting and that he started to develope the gift that John had.

Why leave us hanging…… I just watched season 6 on Hulu.. Rest we own the dvds.

Wow… Do I ever agree!!!! How can you guys start us loyal fans off watching a show and give us no closure??? We need another season to finish off the story line, not wait for a movie that if ever comes out 5 to 10 years??? I agree with Nicole, I am not happy with watching no new series shows… Not to have this happen. Lie to me is the same way. It was stated this is done so other new shows can get a platform to grow. Who needs new shows? It is like Desperate Housewifes. That show is discus-ting and it don’t look like no one will cancel it, only the Good shows get canceled…

I’ve been watching online and im pretty hooked on it. Reading the details on season 6…. ending sucks cause theirs more to this or atleast not leaving the fans hanging or leaving a what if questions??? …I believe USA should have closure to this show.

I think its pathetic that USA wont pony up the money to atleast finish off the series. It showes now comitment and a lack of respect to the dedicated fans that watch these showes. I understand if they cant commit to another season but atleast give us closure. I really dont think I am interrested in watching any more of the series shows.

Another reason why i don’t watch TV – you get real interested in a show – watch it year after year – then the network like USA suddenly cancels it – and there is no finale – no final resolution. Nothing like dead zoneis interruptus – so from the last episode, stillson destroys DC and it’s Armageddon!

I found The Dead Zone when it was in rerun phase at 2am on Sunday mornings. I loved the shows so much that I went out and literally bought every season. I have watched each and every show in order, start to finish. This is the one and only show that I have ever even considered buying! The season 6 finale was very well acted, but horribly planned! We need closure! It drives me crazy every time I watch that last episode. Please Please Please make a movie or something to tie all the pieces back together!

I discovered The Dead Zone when it was on reruns at like 2am on Sunday mornings. I liked it so much that I literally bought each and every season and have watched each and every episode. The finale was wonderfully played, but horribly planned! We need closure! At least a tv movie!!!

I agree with everyone. The show shouldn’t have ended the way that it did. If the networks keep yanking our chain like this and not finish what they started, they will lose many more viewers. I’m personally afraid to get involved with anymore shows, only to be let down and left frustrated.

I also am Upset at the fact that USA cancelled both The Dead Zone and The 4400!
I had to buy the damn DVD’s just to find out what happened in the last season and It sucks because Yet Again I’m Left with another Sci-fi Cliffhanger That The Series Ends On!

USA network really sucks ass….6 amazing seasons of amazing episodes that keeping us company…and how’s that? one fake excuse about the “pocket counter” of the big boss on the station…maybe something bigger happening there…i’m not crazy guys…Armaggedon…on TV…with great actors, great casting & script and there’s all cancelled because they don’t won’t us to see the real goverment there…like Stilson (great actor also).maybe so, they afraid of us…the simple people.Antony Michael Hall is an amazing Actor, Director, Writter & Producer, he deserves a better channel to play his show, a better network…i hope a new episode will rise soon of the dead zone. It’s a shame that when ever a network gets people really hooked on a series they pull the plug. It seems that there is a following and they deserve some kind of resolution. I now watch the show on sleuth channel and watch it faithfully. Get Johnny back and finish the show even if it takes a two hour movie.

It was good to see Michael Anthony Hall again after vanishing for several years, after doing movies like “Weird Science” and “Johnny Be Good.” His role as “Johnny Smith” in the “Dead Zone” was an interesting one, since he had mostly played funnier characters in previous works. I have to admit that I was not watching the series anymore, since I never knew when the show was on. It use to be on Sunday night at 9PM in Chicago, but the air time must have changed, because I never saw it on, and if I did, they were playing reruns. The new Sherrif was investigating “Walt” the last time I watched. I hope the show is not over for good, because I think it is a great show, which deserves a finale! I think all shows with a significant viewing audience, should end with a finale. If USA Network expects viewers to TUNE IN to its NEXT NEW SERIES, they should give more thought to HOW they cancel a long running series like “The Dead Zone!”

I discovered this series late, and have been following it…wow, just googled and learned tonitght how things tied up or didn’t. I really hate shows that end this way, unresolved. Sopranos being an exception, but that was intentionally unresolved.

I somehow just discovered Dead Zone and have to say….I have been telling EVERYONE to watch it. Of course, I just logged on, and discovered it to be cancelled. It is by far, some of the best writing I have seen in years. I am severly dissappointed that this is gone and am voting to have the powers that be, reevaluate their goals. this was quality stuff, guys! COME BACK TO ME.

I really enjoyed the series and feel bad that they cancelled it. The cast really matured over the years and it would be nice to see some sort of finale…whether it be on the big-screen or on the TV. I would watch it.

Why not just a 2-hour USA-TV-Movie. Why make it a box-office movie which would obviously cost more because of advertising and the like.

I REALLY hope USA considers a conclusion to the story we all loved so much! If not USA will just be added to the list of Networks that have PISSED ME OFF!

You cant build up the suspense of Armageddon for the entire 6 seasons and then never have a conclusion to it. Thats as ridiculous as the people who canceled dark angel before we saw any sort of an conclusion or having charmed run for another season when the last episode of season 7 was clearly meant for a series finale. if you are going to make season 6 the last season then you should have had some sort of a conclusion with the whole apocalypse thing that has been going on since season 1. if u really need to conclude it with a movie then so be it. all im saying is you should end it not with a cliffhanger but an actually conclusion. Personally i’d prefer another season but i can deal with a movie
