What happened???? Why did it end like this. We also realy, realy, realy hope that there will be another season!!! We’ve watched 81 thrilling epsiodes, but it didn’t end at all. What about the Armageddon? That was the whole point of this serie. Please bring the show back on TV.

I have to say im such disappointed that USA made the cancellation decision!!!!
In my opinion ,the DEAD ZONE could be as successful as Prison Break in my country
and I greatly suggest that all the people who really enjoy the DEAD Zone,who really want Johnny.Smith(Hall) ,JJ ,Sarah back stick together and make an union on the internet.

I agree my ex-boyfriend got addicted to the show because his best friend and wife were addicted to the show. So I just got done watching the final episode and it was rediculous! How can you end on a mystery???? Who starts a series and then doesn’t finish it. It’s like taking the last film of Harry Potter away when you’ve already filmed all the others and leave on a to be continued and then say can’t finish the end of it!!!!! I think these actors got screwed over alond with all their viewers!!!!!! Bring the show back at least for one more season to finish the suspense of whether the end of the world happens or not. Wasn’t that the whole point of the show?????

I discovered the show a few years ago, and thanks to netflix I was able to watch all the seasons. I watched them to see the ending and it didnt end. Very upsetting. It needs to be concluded, somebody do something about this thanks, I’ll be waiting

My fiancé and I had just finished the last episode of Season 6 @ 3:15am on Feb. 9 2011 and I must agree that they need to bring back Dead Zone. I’m very disappointed in the cancellation of this show. What’s even bad my fiancé is blind but, he really enjoyed this show sooo much that Johnny, Bruce, Walt, n everyone else has grew on the both of us. I think this is the worst exec decision I have ever seen. Honestly, this is B.S. Bring Dead Zone back and finish the story. What’s even weird my fiancé thinks he was meant to sit through this series being that the movie The Dead Zone with Christopher Walkins came out the same year he was born in 1983. BRING JOHNNY (Anthony Michae Hall and not some clown either) BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been watching the dead zone over and over again for years here in Ireland, and can tell you that big TV productions companies are more interested in realality BS shows than anything else as low production costs max profits how do you think they all get so rich. The TV production companies are like most big corps they want us the viewer to watch BS tv that they want and to hell with what we the viewer wants.

Even if USA got 10 million emails to bring back shows like the Dead Zone they wont because thats not what they want us to watch and dont make the millions on crap TV reality shows such as X-Factor, Or America Next top model, who cares who gets a carrer as a top model let them work for it and let the viewer watch the TV they want and love. They started the dead zone now they should honour their commitment to the viewers and finish it one way or the other.

And by the why I never watch any form of reality TV shows as that aint life as it is man just some D Heads idea of making money

I loved this show like I loved Heroes! Too bad all TV stations are the same cutting shows at their prime.

My dad (Age 48) and I (Age 14) love the show. As you can see it has an effect on people of all ages.

I watched all six season over about 3months .. was soooo waiting for sarah and johnny to finally live the vision he had in a previous season of him and sarah and jj and his daughter .. she came into his kitchen saying daddy .. (were they ever going to reveal that hope is really johnnys daughter?) … .. well WHAT the heck !! How they going to suck you in for six seasons and then not even run a grand finally last episode ……let us be prepared instead they strung us along and then dumped us !! BRING BACK DEAD ZONE !! Thats my two cents for what its worth Yes and I feel like not watching anything on USA again ?? WHY so we can get really interested in something and then the next episode is cancelled cause they aren’t seeing a big enough profit ?? They call this good business? I agree with the previous comments. I have watched six seasons over a period of a month and thought there would be some closure but there was none. It would be great if another company picked it up and finished it but like the previous comments said, “it is all about the money.” But should we really be surprised at the execs pulling the plug on a show still in its prime? They do it all the time.

I enjoyed it while it lasted although I was getting pretty sick of Sara and her back and forth with Johnny. One show its “I would have waited for you” and “I never stopped loving you” and then in the next to the last show it is “i don’t see a future here.” Give me a break! If they had killed of Sara and left Walt I would have been okay with that.

It was nice while it lasted. Thank you to Stephen King for a great story and if you want some closure, watch the movie with Christopher Walken in it.

This is total B.S. I just watched 6 seasons straight for the last 3 weeks and this is how it ends? I can’t believe USA would just pull the plug on a great series, in the middle of a series at that… You people make the show better and better each week to keep people coming back and then just decide to cancel the show right when it was taking a turn in a complete different direction. I watched and watched and couldn’t wait to see Johnny and Sarah get back together and raise J.J. and hope, and to watch what was gonna happen next with Stillson and to so how J.J. was gonna do with his new found gift passed to him from Johnny, real nice touch at the end having J.J. call Johnny dad for the first time…..USA execs are complete morons bent on money, money, money….People should protest USA by not watching nothing new, until they bring back Dead Zone and finish the damn series….They would have to bring it back then, since its all about MONEY. When their new shows are getting no ratings then maybe they’ll think about this absolute B.S. way of doing business…..BOOOO USA!!!!!!

im frm singapore and i’ve watched all 6 seasons of the dead zone, its the best show i’ve ever watched and its such a letdown that usa network is killing it. well i dont think the execs from usa network will ever read this but im pretty sure they will have quite a big loss in viewer ship due to their stupid decisions. yea everything is about money, the stupid execs in usa network get paid a lot of money but they cant even end a great series decently. hey usa network, u guys better fire those so called “executives” of urs cos they ar the ones that will eventually make u lose viewers with all ur new reality shows or other new series. seriously not many ppl would watch reality shows cos it sux. and thx to anthony micheal hall for such a great acting on the show, im really gonna miss watching the dead zone. hope the show would return for a ending. peace out…

Being in Australia Dead Zone was cancelled from tv yonks ago and I have ordered all the dvd’s for each season. Both my fiancee’ and I are also astounded how a show that has so many followers can just be pulled like that.
I agree with the comment above a telemovie conclusion would be the answer for everyone involved….
The show may be no more … but the characters we came to love over the years will live on..

What is the point of having any new tv series if you are going to end up cancelling when it get’s good to watch. That is like going through all the trouble of making a pie from scratch for your family and getting them to crave a slice of it only to end up dumping it in the garbage before they could eat it. It’s the old bait and switch manuever. I swear, leaving shows in a climatic postion only to never be resolved is nerve racking and if you do it enough times USA network directors, you will end up losing more than your shows, you’ll lose your entire viewing audience for good. There will be people specifically requesting to have USA blocked permanently from their cable plans. Let’s see what that does to your cable sales. Your advertisers will love that and by love I mean hate (if I was being a little too vague for you low intelligence to grasp.

I even quit going shopping on Saturday afternoons in order to stay at home and watch both episodes. That’s always what happens…a really good show comes on, and almost as soon as I have heard about it and get intrigued by it, it gets cancelled. Are you people crazy? I really enjoyed watching this show and I am upset to hear it has been cut short with no ending. I agree very much with the majority of the postings on this site. Current programming is lame and reality tv SUCKS! Who cares about “Biggest Losers”, “Bachelors”, or “Survivors” That type of programing is for mindless zombies. If you are going to cancel a show, have the decency to give it an ending, and at least replace it with something that could be considered watchable. I like Law & Order too, but the same 15 episodes gets old fast. Some advice for the future, If you are going to produce a show that has 6 seasons, then kill it, the least you could do is give it a proper burial.

I really hate it when they do this, we have just found that armageddon is not over and what do they do, they cancel the show. i was a bit sceptical at first havin read the original book but really enjoyed the show, I even stayed upon to god knows what hours to watch the show after work. i agree with michelle we need a extended episode/tv movie to finish of the show if they wont do another series. i was really glad to hear that they planed to do this for farscape, i even bought the dvd when it came out. We need an ending!!

Why not compromise and do a made-for-tv movie, like scifi did for Farscape fans? I swore up and down I would NEVER get involved in another scifi series, because they so uncerimoniously pulled the plug on it. I didn’t even know it was cancelled – there’s such big gaps between “seasons” on cable. But scifi did the right thing and summed up the series in a really good tv-movie, and I think something like that could be done here. Hows about THAT?

Please bring back the dead zone. I just loved that show and I had been looking forward to it each season. I know you need to have room for more CSI’s and other new shows but the dead zone was one of the best, I like House also, but the dead zone was mine and my husbands favorite this is one tv show my husband would watch.

Please…enough with those rediculous reality shows…give us some real entertainment. Watching TV stinks, commercials are getting longer and longer, too.
The Dead Zone was real entertainment. I’m only on Season Two on DVDs and now I find out it’s been cancelled! For God’s sake…PLEASE….don’t let them cancel DEXTER too!

Reality TV Sucks but it’s cheap to produce. No big stars to pay or special effects to create. I never though USA would crap out on us but looks like they followed the lead of the major networks. It’s not about what the viewers want, it’s all about how much money they can line their pockets with. I only watched 4 shows on USA. The Dead Zone The 4400,Monk and Psyche. I”m sure Monk and Psyche will be next as they cost money to produce and in my opinion are not as good at the 4400 or Dead Zone. Just wait nightly expisodes of Deal or New Deal repeats (the stupidest show on TV) are soon to make the USA line up.

TV has become a WASTELAND with these crappy reality shows. I’ve had it. From now on I’m turning off my TV and renting shows or movies from Netflix. At least I can rent decent stories and interesting programs. These stupid network executives! Every decent show I’ve gotten into has been cancelled (with the exception of Cold Case). I’m not watching TV anymore. And now I don’t have to deal with 7 commercials every 20 minutes either.

Why? All I ask is why? You just stopped the greatest 2 shows on USA network and replaced them with all that reality garbage! And you stopped them without closure! You will lose all of your viewers, including me!
